Okay, so I just found out from a friend that he has an Eon Ticket. This has opened up the opportunity for me to get a Latias for my "ferry" Pokemon on Pearl. However, I have yet to choose the nature (and moveset) for her.
I'm planning on equipping the Soul Dew to boost her Sp.Attack/Sp.Defense by 50%, so those are covered. She'll have the move "Fly', which is a Physical attack. Now should I make her have a Adamant, Naughty, Lax, Impish, Careful, or one of those natures that have no effect on the stats?

I would say overall to make Latias Calm (+Sp Def -Attack) but since you want it to still have attack. Careful (+Sp Def -Sp Attack) Latias is best with its Special Defense.
