In response to your poll question, Sen.McCain is a truly confusing puzzle to me, he one day courts the Conservative base, the next day his speeches court to Independents and Liberals. If you heard his speech on tuesday he stated that Bush and Obama agreed on the energy bill, but he left out the fact that he voted WITH Bush 95% of the time, which is even more than Obama disagreed with him(83
i;sagreement), I dont know he will be able to escape Bushs 3rd term.
But i do have to give him credit for the town hall idea, but his speaking skills need work, Obama is too great an orator when you compare speeches, look at the crowds of the 2 speeches McCain~400 Obama 20000 inside and 15000 outside.It's going to be an interesting election season.

I honestly think that if the republican party had gotten someone more forceful, and with just a bit more spunk, obama would have been crushed. It is so easy to pick apart what Obama stands for. Not much. And what he does, is so extreme, i shocks me that he got elected. McCain refused to use attack adds, or bring up his credibility. that and the conseratives just couldn't get behind him.
