There's a new special edition preorder up on the official Disturbed website for Indestructible. It is ONLY available through this internet preorder and is under limited supply. I ordered mine last night and it cost $34.98 + $7.99 for shipping. There was no tax for me and shipping costs may vary, but there you have it.
