IM PRETTY SURE MOST PEOPLE DID NOT NOTICE SOMETHING VERY MAJOR ABOUT CONFESSOR AND THE MAGIC OF ORDEN. —IV READ OVER CONFESSOR LIKE 20 TIMES SO I KNOW WHAT IM TALKING ABOUT.— ONCE USED THE MAGIC OF ORDEN EXISTS NO MORE. —RICHARD USED THE MAGIC OF ORDEN AND SAID THAT IF THE PEOPLE IN THE MAGIC WORLD IN LATER YEARS CHOSE TO TURN BACK TO THE EVIL OF THE ORDER THEY WOULD HAVE TO SUFFER FOR THEIR ACTONS BECAUSE THERE WOULD BE NOTHING TO HELP THEM BECAUSE —ORDEN NOLONGER EXISTS–IT IS USED UP—

WHAT AM I GETTING AT? RICHARD NO LONGER HAS THE MAGIC OF ORDEN MEANING IT IS POSSIBLE THAT NEW BOOKS CAN BE MADE THOUGH IT IS NOT WHAT TERRY GOODKIND WANTS. HE ENDED THE SERIES.

BUT ISNT THERE STILL SOOO MANY UN ANSWERED QUESTIONS? WHAT HAPPENED TO RICHARD AND KALHAN HAVING A BABY THAT IS A BOY CONFESSOR? THAT WAS A MAJOR PART OF THE BOOK.

The ending was pretty weak, I'll have to reread the book again. I wish he would have focused a bit more and Richard and Kahlan at the end, it was just like yay they're back together Go cara, the end. I agree that there is alot of unanswered questions and I definitely wouldn't mind reading a few new books.

I have to say that I didn't pick that up. Maybe I'll have to reread the book. I really think more books should be written too because there are a lot of unanswered questions.

Hmm I don't know. Maybe he'll make a new series off of their offspring lol. I guess that's where he just wanted to end it.

yeah, i've heard rumors about a new series focusing on the offspring of both kahlan & richard and richard's sister (brain fart can't remember name) and tom. that would be cool.

Jennsen?

How would that work though they are on different worlds? Tom and Jennsen went to the Order's World when Richard divided them.

And I was under the impression that once someone gained the power of Orden they had it forever, In WFR (the book) everyone was so afraid of Darken Rahl getting the power of Orden because he would be invincible, I doubt they would be so afraid if he could only do one thing with the power and that's it.

Yeah, I thought the same thing too... but wasn't Darken Rahl trying to rip the veil and he would get all the power from the Keeper?

He was going to do that but Zedd and such didnt know that until after he had been defeated and he admitted he was an agent. Before that they just feared he would be all-powerful because of the magic of Orden

But did they even know how the magic of orden worked? I definately think I have to read that book again...

Zedd knew about Orden, remember that was the reason he left the Midlands in the first place because he knew how dangerous it was and the council ignored his warning and gave the boxes away as tokens.

Really? I thought Zedd left the midlands because they were giving away the sword as a prize and not letting wizards choose who is the rightful seeker.

That's what I thought too... actually I do remember him not liking them giving away the boxes as tokens, but I wasn't aware he knew just how dangerous they were.

Thats why he didnt like the council giving them away because he knew how dangerous they were. He got angry about the sword as well. I cant remember whether it was the boxes or the sword but both led to him leaving the Midlands. I am fairly sure it was the boxes though.
