The river near by made a glorious splashing sound as it flowed through the lands. Li stood on a rock, simply watching it. He wouldn't go in it, no. He'd never dream of doing something like that. Instead, he just... Watched. What secrets did it hold? What could it tell a lion?
All he got was the sound of splashing water.
He'd been spending a lot of time thinking, wandering around the pridal lands. Often, his mind turned to just how many relatives he had. He didn't worry much, just wondered why there were so few unrelated cubs his age. With a shrug, he'd easily forgotten about that. Now...
He still didn't worry, he merely ignored the girls. They weren't worth his time, anyway. It seemed nobody was, not even his own litter mates and parents. With a huff, he collapsed under a tree for a nap, ignoring all around him. If any others thought to... They could have easily snuck up on him.

Kimia'Jicho moved through the Kusini lands in a slow, careful walk. She had a small, sad frown on her maw from the disappearance of Adamu. She would have to ask her boys about it... actually, she was pretty sure she was supposed to hunt for them again. Maybe that had been a few days ago? She frowned deeper and her tail flicked, a small whine spilling past her maw.
When she came upon the small, sleeping male she smiled slightly. His colors were nice, sort of like Adamus. She nudged him with a paw, not thinking about personal space or any of that. "Wake up little one, where is your watcher?

With a snort, Li sat up. A few blinks and he soon focused, finding himself staring at an almost ghostly lioness. "Watcher? I don' need a watcher!" He got up, glaring slightly. "I'm capable of takin' care of meself, thank ye." His tail lashed slightly before he slowly began getting over the initial displeasure at being awakened. "Who're ye again...?" So many faces... He never bothered much to think about who was who beyond emediate family.
