Personality: Teitsu is a calm, distant kind of person. He likes talking about wind and sailing. When in danger, he has a tendency to act a lot older than he is and try to be intimidating. He’s had to deal with pirates for most of his life, after all. He is very skilled with making the wind do his bidding, and has been known to use a gust or two to shove people out of his cabin if he’s in a bad mood.
History: When Teitsu was a young boy, he and his father went out on their small sailboat from time to time. On one of these trips, a storm came unexpectedly, and Teitsu and his father were almost killed. They would have died if not for the fact that Teitsu discovered his powers: his ability to control wind. He quelled the storm and made the trip back home quick and easy. From that time on, he and his father used his powers to start a shipping business. Teitsu would make the wind favor their ships, and they were able to deliver goods in record time. When he got a little older, he became the captain of his own ship, and he has been shipping goods all over the world ever since. His business, however, has been accused of shipping supplies to the shogun’s enemies, and he has had to stay low for a while. He believes that the shogun has grown too paranoid and has caused his business to plummet, and he has actually started aiding the Yami in order to help being the shogun down.
