I'm just as guilty of absence.... I didn't even log in to Gaia all through February and most of March.... So don't beat yourself up too much.... ellipsis....

Hahahaha. You guys are such n00bs when it comes to prolonged absences.
How long has it been? 6 months? A year? Two?
I recently quit my KH guild which has been eating my life for many a year because I couldn't stand another moment of Roleplaying Kingdom Hearts and nothing else. At last! I'm free!
For a while I tried to do some writting on my own before realizing that I really don't have the kind of will power for that kind of thing. I have to work off of other peoples ideas and I need their presence to be able to really be inspired to write. I was just made for RPing I guess.
As much as I would love to say I've come back, I'm unfortunately plagued by an insufferable itch to write for multiple RPs about multiple games and novels and such. It started with Star Wars and talking about making a Star Wars RP guild, and then I got to thinking about Final Fantasy (I'm really digging the idea of a pirate-based FFXII RP) and then something Zelda rang in the back of my head that I had discussed with Dec a long long time ago.
So I've decided to create another RP Guild, the first 'official' RP guild on gaia. There's tons of RP guilds for whatever you want (RP Refuge, Literate RP guild, ect.) but none of them are actually official or they are slightly specific. I'm planning to make an RP guild formatted much like this one where people are free to create RPs based off of whatever they wish, Final Fantasy, Twilight, other various video games and novels, or original RPs. The lack of focus could of course make it a total flop but I figure why not? I like it because it will hopefully give me enough entertainment and occupy me enough without forcing me into a genre I'm no longer inspired by.
So this post serves a twofold purpose. One; to say hello to all of you and see how you are, and two; perhaps entice you (if you don't absolutely despise me already) to maybe check out this guild.
