Hey, are you sure about this?
Of course! It's just an old abandoned place! There's no one inside... unless you're afraid of ghosts?

B-but my mother, she'll she'll be so upset- hey!
Don't worry! I'll be back soon!!
Hey, HEY!
-silence-

Two friends went out exploring one night. It was tradition, in a way, to go sneaking out of their houses to find new and interesting places. Sometimes they got hurt a little, sometimes they found themselves disappointed, sometimes they just had too much fun. It was always the brave one and the easily spooked one, of course, that kind of pair is integral to the plot. The brave one always dragged along the easily spooked one and they had fun getting scared, scaring each other... and this time it went too far. This time, one got hurt.
Crashing through the first floor of an old abandoned place in the first place isn't very fun, and landing on ones ankle so that it twists- very nearly breaks- isn't very fun either. And so, the one that never really liked going on these charades was left behind in an old, abandoned, creaky, windy, dark and spooky mansion while the brave one ran off to get help. Help that would surely get them in trouble.
But....
Welcome to my Lair, Kitten.
What if that person wasn't really alone?

Don't be frightened Kitten, I'll take care of you.
Alright, as Crimson I'll speak to you frankly about the plot and what I need for the other player to this game.
First off, it's about a scared little person [aged 15-20] who gets left behind by their best friend while exploring because they got hurt. Notice that I'm being ambiguous about the gender, that's because the gender doesn't matter. Girl or guy, whomever I chose to get this part better play one good scared person. ^_~ Get it?
Thing is, this scared little 'kitten' is stuck in the house and thinks they're alone, but they're not. It belongs to my character, a [insert sexy creature here] who has been alone for quite some time... so he's not going to let the intruder of his domain get away. So basically, you've stumbled upon the lair of a creature that is lonely...
But he could be dangerous as well. He could be a sorcerer, a vampire, a werewolf, a warlock, a demon... but I'm not going to tell you what he is yet, just that he is very very lonely, and very very powerful. Will you survive?
Will you try to run away?
Will you.... fall in love...?

RULES
And they will be followed.
Alright, this can be either straight or shonenai, I don't care which. [I'll be taking the person with the best profile.]
Please PM me your profile, thank you. [That'll be put up at the end of the rules.]
No magical creatures, thank you. [You heard me, you've gotta be human. Oh, and please include an RP sample of what your FIRST post would look like- even if I've RPed with you before. Thank you.]
No cybering! [Not a fan of it, man.]
Literacy! [I can understand oneliners, but let's keep this without text talk and all that other fun stuff.]
Title the PM George. [WTF? No, title it; 'I'll be your Kitten']
Yes. I'm the guy. If that bothers you... you'll be disappointed on many levels. [I like playing guys. :3 Especially since so many people hate playing them... I figure it's easier looking for a submissive girl/boy to play the other part then the dominant man. *shrug*]
I have the right to deny your profile! [It all depends on you! Please tell me why you want to be a part of it... and no 'I think your idea is AWESOME!!1!!!1' because that'll make me raise the eyebrow of doom.]
If I forgot anything, lemme know. I'm tired. [I forget things all the time.] Gaia Username: Character Name: Gender: Age: Personality: Appearance: Other:

CHARACTERS
Gaia Username: CrimsonFangs Character Name: Leo Gender: Male Age: Unknown Personality: He's charming, he's sly, he's cunning and he's very much an intelligent man. The thing is, he's very lonely. Forever and a day had passed since the last visitor had intruded on his mansion, and he had grown quiet and sullen because of the lack of company. His memories slipped deep into the past and faded into darkness, leaving him with nothing but the knowledge of his home and the thousands of books at his disposal. He is a bit controlling, unwilling to let things go when they've crossed his lair, and actually rather childish because of how long he has gone without the sound of another's voice. Though he seems intimidating, the man is rather gentle and kind, and does his best to make people more comfortable in his presence.... it's not his fault that he tends to be a bit dark and forbidding looking... and it's not his fault that he has a dark secret building up behind his memories... Appearance: Your dangerous man Other: He absolutely loves kittens, and cats... and usually calls anything younger and cuter than him a 'Kitten'. It's his favorite pet name.
Gaia Username: DarkJoker99 Character Name: Saya Greenson Gender: Female Age: 17 Personality: Saya has, and probably always will be the scared one of the group. She often is talked easily into doing things by being bribed with something, but is always fretting over the smallest things that can happen. She was often picked on because of this, and always tested by others in school of her fear, which made her slightly Schitzophranic . She has a sense of humor, often to distract her from her fear and is always kind to people. Seemingly useless at times, but she can be a great asset depending on the situation because of her clever mind. Dispite her fear of...basically everything, she is quite the adventurer. Her and her friend always went out exploring things, always getting hurt one way or another. Saya was always getting spooked on these adventures, but couldn't stay away from them. This adventure in particular, could probably spook her for the rest of her life, or so it seems so far. Appearance: ~Saya~ Other: She's a bit flexiable because of her dance classes

"Don't worry! I'll be back soon!!"
"Hey, HEY!" Saya yelled out in attempts to bring her friend back. She had always hated when he ran off elsewere. Leaving her alone by herself in the abandoned place with old floors, and creeky steps....and the sound of wind echoing the halls from outside....and the coldness....Great, now she was petrified beyond her mind, giving her own self a fright. She repeated in her mind that nothing was there to scare her, nothing would get her. "That moron....damn it. I can't just try to -ah! owww..." Looking down, Saya had attempted to move her ankle, only resulting in a hiss of pain that echoed through the silence of the room. Her medium brown hair fell down past her shoulders as she looked down at her ankle. "Fudge. Oh fudge! I'm bleeding... damn damn damn!" she gave a slight yelp in pain as she attempted to move her ankle to see any further damage.
Saya's heart had been racing through the adrenaline she gave herself not only by falling, but by her own self enduced fear. Just then, she heard the faintest sound of a shuffle. Saya called out to the still silence now. "....Hello?" she asked out, hoping that she was talking to silence. Her heart threatened to tear from her chest, and only worsened as she heard a response.
Good evening, kitten.
Saya gave a slight yelp, no, more so a scream at the sudden response. Her body trembled from her fear ans she forgot all about her ankle. She held onto herself tightly in a hug, holding on to dear life like a drowning person would hang onto a flotation device. Her deep brown Hazle eyes, with the slight sprinkle of a golden amber raced across the room for the source of the voice. At first, she saw nothing. Now she started to feel faint from fear, thinking there was a ghost amongst her or some sort of wretched monster.

He watched her as she looked around fearfully, her eyes wide and her heart pounding. He could hear her heartbeat as loudly as if his head was lying on her chest. The poor thing was frightened out of her mind. Leo shifted, moving forward so that she could see him more clearly as he stepped into a puddle of moonlight that streamed through the window. There he stopped, staying just far enough away that he wouldn't seem too threatening. He was clothed in black though, so that might seem to frighten her more. The only thing light about him was his pale skin that shimmered slightly in the soft light filtering through the dirty glass, his nearly golden blond hair, and the pair of gold eyes that were about the same color as clean, molten gold.
Opening his mouth, the man spoke slowly, "Welcome to my lair, Kitten." His voice was calm and soothing, smoother than it should have been after not being used for who knew how many years. "Are you lost?" His eyes searched hers, wondering what she was doing there and where her little friend went; ah but he had been listening. Her friend had run off to get help. How far help away was, though, would stand to be seen. He had noticed them a while ago, snooping around, but hadn't thought to say anything. He had many people snooping around his home quite a few times before, but this was the first time that one stayed. Well, it wasn't her choice. His eyes were drawn down to where her ankle was, noting the way that she was careful on it. She was injured.

Saya's eyes went small as a scream became caught in her throat. She felt her breath taken away from her for a few moments, then returned in short, gasping, but silent breaths. She only saw the new figure's skin, and nothing else, finding it not only odd, but fearful. It's wearing black...that's all yeah!...or it could be a floating body that wants to kill me!!!! Saya thought to herself, allowing her heart to race even more.
Looking into his eyes, she found it unnatrual for one to have eyes that golden, but looking over now from where the source of the light was, she prayed that it was just the reflection off the dirty glass. As he spoke, she felt the thin line of tears thicken a little bit, threatening to pour from her fearful eyes. She gave a shaky nod, starting to tremble just a little bit more, it being a little apperant now. Her head started to throb from the fear, the threatning tears, and the pain of her ankle. The room started to spin as the pain of her ankle became more apperant. Of course she should have been used to the pain, but it had been a while since Saya injured herself so severely.

Leo watched her thoughtfully, she was more than trembling with fear, she was frozen with terror. His eyes softened slightly. The poor little kitten... Letting his voice grow more gentle as well, the man heavily influenced the feeling of calm in the room, letting his presence take up everything. His heart rather went out to the little human, she was all alone and obviously injured. Letting his eyes fall once again to her ankle, the man spoke.
"You're injured, Kitten." He didn't move forward, instead he shifted so that he was in the light more. Before he moved closer, he'd have to calm her down just enough. She was scared enough to pass out and, though that would make things much easier for him, he preferred if she remained awake.

A few silver linned tears slipped down her cheeks as she watched him come closer to her. She couldn't move, a large lump in her stomach making her wish she had never come along on this adventure. She felt the room spin around her, threatening to take her away from reality at that moment. Perhaps she thought This isn't reality. Maybe I passed out and i'm dreaming right now the tone of her thoughts were rather hopeful, desprate to say the least that it was true.
Saya managed a small nod to his statement. She calmed down more as she saw the light move unto his body in more detail. It calmed her even more knowing he was not just a floating body, but she still had a small ping of panic that this person wanted to hurt her.

"Don't worry, I'll take care of you." He moved slowly forward, pushing the feeling of calm around her gently, like a soft blanket. Leo didn't want to move too swiftly, it was like approaching a terrified animal; one had to make slow, patient movements and stop when the creature lashed out. "Don't cry, I won't harm you." His voice was smooth and gentle, deep and mysterious. His eyes watched her intently, never leaving her face. He wanted her to feel as if she was the most important thing in the world... Slowly, he drew closer.

Saya watched as he moved slowly, as she herself slowly started to calm down. Her tears diminished to slight sniffles. "Y..you w..won't?" She said softly, so soft that it even surprised her a little. Her eyes didn't leave his, in some fear that he would suddenly turn on her. As he walked closer, she did in fact, start to feel like she was important. Strangers normally never cared for an injured person so much, especially not these days.

"Of course not, how could I harm a beautiful young girl such as yourself?" He smiled, the expression calm and harmless over his face as he kept his eyes on her, moving ever so slowly as he drew closer. "It would be horrible of me, and I'm a gentleman." He was finally only a few mere feet away from her and he smiled gently, "Let me take care of you."

Saya sniffled once more until she was calm. Her heartbeat slowly started to calm down in the process. Looking at him she was slightly uncomfortable yet more so unsure if she should trust him. She slowly nodded her permission. "But..my friend will be back soon"

"Of course they will. And with help." And then he would send them away from his home, never to return to her and help. With her nodded permission, he came even closer and bent to pick her up. When he did so he noticed that she weighed little more than a kitten, her body was delicate and slender, and her frame was as tiny and petite as the most slender of female cats. She was perfect. He felt his heart, which had long since stopped caring about much other than himself, give a little nod at the girl. He had the permission of his heart to make this girl his, and he would. She didn't need to know that yet though, and he carefully stood with her in his arms to carry her to a better room, one that he could care for her in complete solitude.
