In order to try and eleviate all of the amount of space taken up by the individual announcements, we have created this new thread to be the Announcements!! thread. All announcements, unless they must be discussed, will be stuck in here. That way, it is one small topic, instead of several spread out ones!!
All announcements made outside of this thread, but have little chatter, will get put in here after a time, and will be put in Greenwich Mean Time to try and eliminate most of the confusion of conversion of times.

Drayal As you've probably already noticed, there have been quite a few changes to my guild. I have redone several of the sub-forums, and I now have a new introduction to my guild. I would like for current members to go out and find friends who would join this guild. That is all.

Drayal Good days me guildmembers and henchmen! My vice-captain has recently started his own guild, like he's long threatened to. blaugh It's a horror guild, so if you like that sort of thing, go ahead and send a request to us, we'll take you. It's called Blood and Tears, a Horror Guild.

Sorry I've been gone so long. It's time I got back into my own guild. I apologize that I will still only be able to get on every now and then, but I will try harder to do good by you my guild members. Thanks for your support and waiting for me for so long. Thanks again.

Our guild is coming to it's first anniversary of going public and we are working hard to make it nice and neat for new comers to feel like they can manuever around. We are under extreme pressures due to the lack of computer efficiency in our captains computer and one of the vice-captains computer, but it is only a minor set back.
The Captain and two Vice-Captains before Noftin have decided to give each of the vice-captains certain jobs.
Noftin has the power of threads which means he can delete threads that he deems off topic or unnecessary, which also includes posts and Spam
broken_spirit_chaos has the member incentive powers and publice relations, he does the give away and tries to make allies.
1deejay(that's me) has power over members which means I can promote, demote, ban, add new members, or any other thing pertaining directly to you guys.
Furthermore, I am going to evaluate each member. This means I am going to demote everyone to ordinary members and then interveiw everyone of you. This is so we can have a crew who can help us vice-captain's with their duties. The interveiw is mostly for activity more than rping but I am looking for people who can still rp and we haven't really have problems with that at all. This re-evaluation may get members banned but I serously doubt that will happen unless they don't reply at all. basically a reply is what I'm looking for.

Anyone who wants to be part of the crew pm me. I am going to make six crew members, that means two crew members per vice-captain. Think of who you want to work with. Rember that Noftin is threads, broken_spirit_chaos is contests, and I (1deejay) am in charge of who can be a member or not. All the vice-captains can do all of these but these are the main powers. For example, if I really feel like a thread should be deleted, I would pm Noftin First.
Once again, PM me saying that you want to be a member and I will send you the questions. This is not an election but you do have to "try out" for the part you want if there are more people than we need.
The way it's going to work is that a bunch of people are going to PM me (I hope) and in one week I will take all the applications and send them to bothe broken_spirit_chaos and noftin and we will debate over who gets who depending on what you wrote and who you want to be with and who we think would do which job correctly regardless of who you want to be with, but it just so happens that people do a better job when they do what they like to do. So pm me and in one week we will start debating and who know how long that will take.

There isn't very many members who want to become part of the crew. If you think you don't have a chance, guess again. We are in dire need of crew members or the crew will be overworked and they don't get paid. It is a good way to earn our respect though. Even if you feel you can't ban members because you think you just couldn't do it because your too nice then it's okay, we won't absolutely make you do that. We will try to get you what you want. That's what we are trying to do. First we need the crew then the members will have a thread in which they can post their suggestions and be heard just like they were part of the crew. We haven't forgotten what we trying to do. Get new active members, and have fun with roleplaying. So try for that spot you think you might not get. We've only had one real applicant so far.
When you PM me, answer these questions. Make sure you repeat the questions back to me so I know what question you are answering, you don't need them in the order though.
Are you online at least 3 times a week?
Who do you want to work with?
What makes you the right person for the position?
Anything else we should know about?

Due to the fact that only two people have officially applied to be part of crew, I am going to promote them once they have there spot chosen which will not take long. I am now accepting applications on a first come first serve basis since I have given everyone ample time to reply.
I also think that this means no one reads the announcements so even though I think few people will read this anyway I'm still going to say that I will be pming people who I think would have sent me a message, mostly the ones who were on crew before hand. I will send a message to everyone telling you to check this thread regularly, events are mostly based on a one week time period until further notice so we can make it easier on us. I will go as far as lock all other threads for a week if needs be. I'm sure more people want to be on crew, if you want to be on crew then read the announcement above.
Also, to those people who may think they still don't have a chance. YOU DO!! I don't play favorites, Dasmittel would kill me for doing that because I know him in person and we've talked about it but I'm only basing my decision on official applications and conversations on gaia only. I'm making this as fair as possible.
Lastly, Once I get some help, I will be sending messages to each guild member as a review of your abilities, something simple. I'm only looking for a reply for now so once I send it then send it back with your reply, please don't message me first. Please note that I am still going to keep my promise that I will ban members if they don't reply within an amount of time.
Sorry for being so long-winded about everything but I mean everything I say, and as a side note I will be making the hang out and talk place forum a crew only forum until we get it more organized. Ir you want to talk then I made another chat thread called SPAM in the feel free forum. You can talk about anything because there is no topic and will only be deleted when it gets too full and there will be another one immediatly made.

As a further act of cleaning up the guild, all subforum topics will be deleted in one week if they have had no posts in over two weeks, with the exception of Personal RPs, Announcements, Shops, Stories, etc. Thank you everyone for your patience and for staying with the guild even though the captaian is absent.
(Hopefully I'm not as long winded as Deejay. xd )

I am now finished with forum clean-up and am leaving it to Noftin and his crew. I will now be slowly but surely going through each member and judging them individually. Like I have said before, it is not hard to pass this "test", all I am basically looking for is a reply. PM's will be start being sent immediatly but I will be only doing a few at a time, and unless they answer quickly, I will wait a fair amount of time. I'm being too kind because I've been talking about for a few months now and a few members still haven't posted a thing.
