History/Design Features: The first Gundam went into service two hundred years ago, in the twilight years of the Republic. Since then, the class has been used to distinguish custom and experimental units. The ν is no exception. Revitalizing a project from well over a century ago (The RX-78 NT), the ν is the first Gundam to be built for the expressed purpose of testing the usefulness of a Mobile Suit designed for Force Users. It employs several Force-sensitive systems, like remote weapons, and Mind link controls to enhance, and compliment the ability of the Federations Force users, SOLDIER.

Hyper Bazooka: Uses rounds with Hypermatter warheads, making them extremely powerful, but not breaking the conditions of the accords.

Mega bazooka launcher: Similar to the Hyper Bazooka, but scaled up to be an anti-capitalship weapon

Fin Funnel: an experimental remote weapon that responds the commands of the MS pilot. They channel high-output energy wave of GN particles, instead of a concentrated beam. They can also be used to form a six-sided GN energy shield.

Mega Beam Sword: Anti-capitalship proximal weapon. The blade energy is enough to half the strongest of capital ship hulls.

GN Furnace: An experimental power source. A large Materia crystal is bombarded with solar radiation. The result being the crystal now radiates an new exotic particle known as GN (Gundam Neutrino). A special containment furnace is built that harnesses the GN for power, propulsion, defense, and offensive energy. The sign of a GN furnace is green particles/light emanating from the MS.
