if u wanna get promoted u have to o one of the following

crew=donate at least 5000
crew=tell at least 5 ppl to join
crew=help make ideas
vice captian=donate 10000
vice captain=tell 15 ppl to join
vice captain=once crew make forums and polls (10 at least)
well if u can think of anyother way u can help u can get promoted
