Be prepared for the sounds of painful groaning, incoherent screaming, scared whimpers, cages--uhh-- bars rattling, seeing blood splatters on the wall, strange white see-through materials floating around at the corner of your eyes that was suddenly gone when you turned to look at it properly and some psychotic looking doctors with sharp items...
Do not worry.
The doctors are mostly harmless...
Do not hesitate to run if they started following you around while licking their bloody weapons though. And do not run towards the exit. More of them are waiting for you there.
Emergency note in case the doctor chasing you scene happens: There's a secret exit under the 6th bed in ward 13. The air vents in REDRUM room can be opened, but be prepared for the hungry mice attacks.
There's a chance for you to get caught, so for safely measures, pick up broken pipes, saws or any stray items on the floor. If a chance you picked up bones, throw them to the doctors. That could distract them.
And if you encountered runaway patients, do not hesitate to hurt them or kill them. They might be the zombies of experimented patients.
Do not drink the water from the sinks. They are known to be contaminated with radioactive substances. There's fresh mineral water in the experiment lab. The source is from the mountain near this asylum.
The only animals you can eat in the asylum are the birds in the heavily guarded by zombies aviary, bats and mice in the vents and snakes. And if you managed to find any other animals, make sure that they're not rotting and alive. Any other meat source are poisonous. (aka meat on the floor, inside the refrigerator etc)
Remember, this is for your own safety.
Enjoy the ride. Or better yet, get off before it took off.
