i allways thought cirno was kinda moe  but mystia gets my vote for most moe, singing in the shower and all.

Yukari-sama is most moe in my opinion. Always sleeping and depending on Ran to do everything for her, and spacing out a lot... 3nodding
What, Yukari-sama isn't on the list? I guess Ran gets my vote by association then.

that list is something me and a few other people came up with. those where the characters we thought were most moe. though i really cant recall how we came up with chen being moe.

My vote goes to Teiwei, all the way. She's pretty much the image of moe, but I really think what makes a character moe (based on looks), is how they're drawn. I always see Teiwei looking cute and innocent, so that's what shaped my opinion.

It depends on what your idea of moe is.
Chen is officially the moe-est character if you've read the manga.
Suwako is pretty moe for me. (How come she isn't on the poll?! domokun )

depends on the moe, i mean majority of them are lolis. I probaly say Chugokku, i mean Hong Meiling for her clumsy ness, long hair, chinese outfit and big breast, and she's not the brightest resident in scarlet mansion, (guess thats why she's a third boss) sweatdrop
Shes got a lot of elements of Moe there
I never really thought of Cirno as Moe, i mean O_O, she freezes frogs? and that uhh shes kinda annoying lil ice fairy xD

patch is clearly not moe. but i thought people would FLIPOUT if i didnt include her. cirno is a loveable idiot, and loveable idiots are often considered moe. and it doesnt get more moe then this anyway i only wanted to pick ten characters, so i picked what me and some friends decided were the most moe, and i threw patch in there because some patch fans are pretty touchy about patch being moe.(personally i thought she was pretty arrogant based on her scenario in iamp)

anyway i only wanted to pick ten characters, so i picked what me and some friends decided were the most moe, and i threw patch in there because some patch fans are pretty touchy about patch being moe.(personally i thought she was pretty arrogant based on her scenario in iamp)I have to disagree, patchouli has some major moe elements to her character. first she's quiet, has a bunch of frills like a lolita would, well majority of them do. second of all, shes a bookworm, thats another aspect of moe, kinda like yuki nagato from Haruhi. She's has some kind of uhhh.... i can't really describe it, but that relaly just tops a lot of things (something with food, preferably flan) Also, she's quiet, flat chested, long hair, and tough. I say patchouli has quite a bit of Moe to her Patchouli demonstrates her Moe

Patchouli is clearly moe enough to make your brain melt. And even if she's not, she can still melt brains.

Someone can't be moe.
You can be Patch-moe and think Patch is moe but there is no scientifically proven moe character besides CHEN.
