So, I only wanted to know, if there is something like fastfood restaurants (like Mcdonalds) in the Soul Society?
If you don't know the answer you can also write your opinion...

There's probably not a Mcdonalds in the Soul Society because all of the layout of the buildings along with interior it's all based on feudal era maybe not but it's no where near to what our society appears. But then again right before Matsumoto was leaving the Soul Society she was buying tons of her makeup and it was in like a basket found in a grocery store. So it's possible to have a Mcdonalds for Soul Reapers on the run sweatdrop But I bet employs would be the 4th division or academy students

I get the strong impression that there isn't. Based on the fact that Ikkaku was completely taken aback and dumbfounded by the idea of something as simple as pre-packaged and stocked items at a grocery store when he first went to the real world with Hitsugaya-taichou and everyone, it seems very unlikely that they would have fast-food places as well. If they had any equivalent, it would probably be more like the traditional takoyaki or ramen stands . . .

Also, there have always been places that sell makeup, so being able to buy a lot of makeup is a lot different than a production-line fast food joint. sweatdrop
I'm just going with that the story has offered as far as guesses.
