FATAL FRAME III: THE TORMENTED

Description:
23 year old freelance photographer Rei Kurosawa has found herself in a difficult position. On a routine job assignment in photographing a reportedly 'haunted house' one of her photograph's reveals her dead fiance(Yuu Aso) in the picture. Confused, bewildered, and a little scared, she recruits the help of writer Kei Amakura, a close friend of her boyfriend, and her assistant Miku Hinasaki. The group decides to explore the mansion. However, as the nights pass on, Rei discovers a blue snake tattoo slowly inching up over her body. What's worse, some of the spirits that have begun to appear in the mansion have the same tattoo.

Ah the Tormented, the game I'm looking forward to the most this year (half because Twilight Pricess got pushed back until 2006 ><) But it looks awesome. I love how its tied to both previous games, and the fact that the one character has like no sixth sense, which is amusing.
I'm surious about how everything does link up though, the guy is Mio and Mayu's uncle is he not? he has the same last name... and Rei's fiencee's last name is the same and Mio and Mayu's Mother's name (maiden name). So is that how the two guy meet? and the camera, which one is it, the prototype from Fatal Frame 2 or the Good one Dr.Aso made and was in fatal frame 1? I'm so giddy, I can't wait to find out
And the cat... I'm convinced there is something up with the cat! ...just cause I like cats...

Ruri is Miku's black and white cat. While Ruri's purpose in the game is currently unknown, but whatever it is, it will have something to do with the fact that cats in Japan (as well as other countries) are considered to have a high spirtual sense. Ruri apparently also loves having his picture taken, and will be a 'ghost detector' of sorts in the game. .

Oh, wow! The graphics look beautiful! The plot line for this one seems the best yet and it gives me something to look forward to before Twilight Princess comes out! (okay, so there's a lot of games I'm looking forward to, but these two are on my top list... and DDR Mario Mix... naw, no where near as close as TP and FF3, but I still really want to see Boo and Luigi dance together...) There's a cat! That's like the best thing they could've done! whee So excited!
