Sexuality: Straight.
Appearance: Gareht is just short of six feet tall, solidly built but by no means burly. He's caucasian (of Belgian ancestry, if it matters) with weatherbeaten and very tanned skin. His shoulder-length dirty-blonde hair is streaked with green dye, and he has dark brown eyes which always appear fascinated with whatever they're fixed upon.
Gareht has only very limited use of his right arm, the nerves in it having been badly damaged by shrapnel about a year back. This handicap frustrates him to no end.
Personality: Gareht's moral compass is somewhat skewed. He has only very limited recollections of his mother, and grew up living with, and eventually working as a travelling mercenary with, his brother and father. Working in the family business means that--apart from having an understandably violent youth--he has spent much of his time fighting for some extremely unwholesome causes. He has been enaged in ethnic warfare in the former Yugoslavoia, defended a number of African despots, and provided security for an arms dealer supplying Islamic extremists. (It was this last client that brought Gareht to the playhouse--Gareht's father was preparing to blackmail the man, but was killed before he could do so; Gareht was brought here in exhnage for not finishing his father's work.)
This has all resulted in a very strange young man. Violence is what Gareht knows and he has no qualms about using it, but he dislikes using it in his personal life in the same way doctors hate being asked for medical advice at parties. He has learned not to trust easily, and is used to seeing orders obeyed unquestioningly, though rather new at giving them. He remains a surprisingly and genuinely cheerful person, but his past still haunts him on some level and this can result in sudden, intense mood change at times.
Type of Master/Mistress you are: Gareht came to the Playhouse to enjoy himelf, and expects his slaves to accomodate that. To a certain extent he enjoys the idea of fighting for control with a strong-willed slave, but he will become irritated and angry at consistent disobedience. If obeyed, he is a kind enough master and will take a genuine interest in his slaves, but he expects them to know their place.
Type of slave you are looking for: Gareht wants a fairly lively slave, one that might resist him some and will keep his life interesting, but he still wants to be taken care of well.
