 I know the body is long. So besides that.....What do you see wrong? And yes, she's leaning for whatever reason. o.o;;;

Alright! So Here goes. :]
It's been a while since I've done red lines, so. Sorry if I'm terribly rusty. XD
____________________-
1.) I've used Photoshop to straighten her up--computers are good like that. ;D When you're considering anatomy, you have to consider how they're standing, how you're looking at them, and gravity. So if she's gonna be tilted, she's either floating or I'm fixing her to be standing on the ground. Because it'll just look odd otherwise.
Which could in some cases, be okay--if you're going for a floaty magician type. But I didn't think so. ;D
2.) I fixed the eyes. She looks rather crosseyed. Try drawing a crossaxis on the face, first--make sure your eyes are level on the face, not one higher than the other. :]
Also, when drawing anime eyes, the bottom lid is generally smaller. Don't forget the lashes, either.
3.) The entire face: I'm not sure if you're going for a 3/4 or a frontal view, but I just moved the jaw to fit to the eyes, nose, and mouth. I'm not sure how you can learn to get this right besides looking at people from different views, and having in your mind before you start what kind of view you want.
I did move the mouth over a little for that 3/4th effect--you don't see the mouth full on, and it gets smaller as it goes into the distance.
I did have to fix the neck a little since I turned the face some.
4.) As you said, the body is long. But not only that--the breasts are overwhelming. Being a biggie myself, I can tell you that breasts like that would break your back. xD
So I drew you a torso--the hips are bigger than the shoulders on women. You can try drawing a flat torso, then drawing breasts on top of them. : D Think water balloons. If you have the imagination, think balloons filled with fat. XD
D: I'm not great with b00bs either, though. So I say you should go tutorial hunting for that one. <_<
5.) Back to the neck. There's this muscle that connects the neck and the shoulders. Just go look for some shirtless people. :] You'll see it. I drew it for you. ^_^
6.) Women have small shoulders, and they're not that square. Additionally, they tend to slope downwards more.
7. The elbow ends about at the middle of the curve on women's belly's. Right with the belly button, which I drew with an x. The belly button is much higher on women than men, and this is also because men have longer torsos.
8. Don't be afraid to give her thighs--women have them, and tend to hate them, but guys actually like them. It's quite silly, but it's true.
9. Arms: Womens arms tend to bow out away from their body. This is specific to women (most of the time), because it keeps their arms from hitting their hips.
10. Cleavage. If you've ever been in any art class, one of the first things you learn is that the eye is in fact, not shaped like a football--but that's a symbol we see all the time. If you drew footballs for eyes, it'd look weird.
Another kind of "symbol" that slips into drawings is the cleavage that you have showing here. The classic Y.
Build your cleavage from the actual shape of the breasts--it'll look better. Also, it's more like a shadow, unless they're wearing a pushup bra. References are your friends. :]
11. Clothes that aren't skin tight-- A common mistake, actually. But like the belt on her shirt, clothes are generally not skin tight. And even if they are, there are wrinkles at the joints--Keep this in mind. The belt should come up off of the skin some to show that it has depth and dimension. I drew an arrow to kind of show you this, and I had moved the belt up some.
12.) I just noticed--the head isn't big enough. Draw someone bald, then draw the hair on top--you'll get it right, and you'll get used to this and eventually be able to place the hair without having to draw the bald person every time.
D: I had to redo the redlines because PS messed up so I hopefully recovered my points. XD

<3 Good luck. ^_^
