We would like to welcome you to sample our variety of milkshakes and give us feedback. It's all free and you even get FREE milkshakes. This is a good deal, ladies and gentlemen. Just walk right in and sample, it's simple! All you have to do is fill out a small feedback form, which would will be given to you as you enter.
