Relatively calm and down to Earth. She has her moments to where she's a complete blond with no brain. Everybody does!! She also tends to lighten things up when the time is right. Especially with hose people who have bad days.. Sharp when she needs to be, and very strategic in battle. She may not look-- ..... Or even act like it, but she's incredibly smart. In fact she's created some techniques of her own!
Hinote's a kind person at heart. It's not easy to make her mad no matter what you do. Theirs always room for forgiveness in her heart! Though if you press her buttons the wrong way she'd rip you to shreds with words alone. Poor girl is romantically disinclined! Not the slightest clue, honestly.
Where will you find her when there's nothing to do? Under a Cherry Blossom tree, or training in the middle of no where. She finds that training in her Martial Arts is her serenity. Obviously, she devotes quite a bit of time to her training. She isn't like most other people when it comes to fighting though. She can honestly say that she doesn't particularly like hurting people, but WILL do what she has to if necessary.

This kunoichi was born and raised in KonohaGakure. A wonderful childhood, friends, and family. Her family wasn't relatively large enough to call a clan, but that's what it was! The Kuragari Clan; Masters of absolute speed. Hinote was absolutely devoted to her family, especially her Father, Kyoshiro. Yes, she was Daddy's little girl. Honestly, she was spoiled by him. He'd give her anything she wanted. Though she never really asked for much. Unfortunately she never knew her Mother. Kuragari Hira was her name. That's all Hinote really knows about her deceased Mom, other than what her father said about her. He called her Mother a wonderful women, kind, and a very gentle soul. Later on, she was taught what the Kuragari Bloodline could do, and started training when she turned six. That's when the intense training begun~!
Few years later, She became a Chuunin. Her skill promoted her to that position in a heartbeat. Thanks to the intense training Kyoshiro had given her. Though the absolutely insane training she had to do held her back about year to become a Chuunin. Ah yes, her training. Her bloodline, otherwise known as Sumiyaka, required keeping in check, once a month she had to go out and train for four days straight. Non stop. The Kuragari Clan's Bloodline has something called, the spirit of the Phoenix; A summon that is only called forth in the worst of situations. Kaze Shiro is his name! There's a hefty price for summoning the firey bird. Each and every time it is called forth, one year is taken off your life. There's another problem also. If you don't train for those four days straight, then it too, consumes one year of her life. Rough huh?
After turning seventeen she became a highly skilled Jounin. Now a day's she's assigned missions, both intense and some that are.. Well-- Not so intense! She knows she's being assigned her first handful of students. Hinote was excited to hear the news! She never was assigned any students for two reasons; One, it took until now for her to comnpletely master her bloodline and make sure she had full control of it, And two! Erm.. There is no number two!
Becoming Twenty four years old, she had finally taken full control of her bloodline. No more training for four days straight~! Thank goodness.. And that went on when she was merely six years of age! Whoo, time to chillax a bit.

Sumiyaka, Ichi
The first stage of this bloodline grants incredible speed. When activated, chakra is visible from heels, to the back of her knees. Also her back, shoulders, and down her arms and hands. Which obviously means her or she is concentrating most of their chakra in those places. If hit with any attacks from this stage, it will most definitely hurt in the morning.
Sumiyaka, Ni
The second stage allows her to move a bit faster than the first stage. Chakra color turns from it's original blue, to a platinum shade. Which also gives him or her more physical strength. If trained well in this, it can be held up to two hours. If a strike is connected in this stage seek medical attention immediately.
Sumiyaka, Shuukyoku
The strongest and final stage of Sumiyaka promotes wings to grow from his or her back, and manipulate the air around themselve's without speaking a jutsu. Chakra color turns a firey red in this state. This stage also allows them to move with phenomenal quickness, in which they are not easily seen. They are only capable of holding this all together for fifteen minutes, possibly less. Not many can krrp control of this stage any longer than five minutes. The other ten is controlled by The Kuragari's Clan's infamous summon, KazeShiro. The summon takes possession of the being's body for the limited amount of time he is given. If he held it any longer it may result in death of the summoner. When this stage is used, your chakra remains dangerously low for three days. If a blow is taken when the person is in this stage immediately call for medical attention for severe external, and internal wounds. Very severe..

Kaze Kieuseru Jutsu: | Becoming one with the wind technique |
When Hinote becomes one with the wind itself. Usually used to flee from battle or travel. She usually doesn't call out the jutsu.
Kaze kizu Jutsu: | Wind slicing technique |
She inserts her chakra/wind element in her Sai's, and can attack the opponent from afar or up close. With the slightest of movement of her weapon, a gust of sharp wind can be sent at her enemy. This is very dangerous despite it being a simple jutsu.
Fūton: Kaze Fuyū no Jutsu | Wind style: Wind Suspension Technique |
A simple technique that can be used without hand signs. Streams of air are shot out from the palms of the hands and the bases of the feet to suspend the user in midair. In some cases, it can even be used to deflect projectiles.
Fuuton: Kuro Kaze no Justsu | Wind Style: Dark Wind Technique |
A powerful attack to where you collect chakra in your hands, and perform your hand signs. The attack gusts out of your palms with much speed, and could send someone flying back.
Fuuton: Dosu Kaze no jutsu | Wind style: Death Wind Technique |
A chaotic tunnel of wind that can be casted through the palms of your hands, or through a weapon you are using. This attack, destroys everything in it's path with incredible speed.
Raiton: Gosunkugi Seiteki | Lightning Style: Spiking Static Technique |
This jutsu allows her to conjure surges of electricity through her finger tips. Yes, only static right? NOT! The moment she raised her hands and aims her fingers, some intense lightning spews out of those finger tips. This jutsu becomes unnaturally powerful when her bloodlines is activated. She usually used this for projectile attacks.
Raiton: Shuuha Seiteki Dendou | Lightning Style: Enormous Waving Electricty Technique | |Like the Gsunkugi Seiteki technique, Hinote controls this with her hands. Meaning she can manipulate it anyway she wants. Shuhha Seteki Dendou is a wave of electricty that is mostly used when there are several enemies around. To clear a path, or elminate her enemies. With a movement of her arms and hands an powerful surge flies out of palms in fingertips.
Raiton: Binshou Kouatsu Sutoraiku | Lightning Style: High Voltage Quick Strike |
As it says, this is an extremely quick strike. She collects chakra within one of her limbs and forms it into her lightning element. Why does it have to be quick? Holding this for more than two minutes could loosen her muscles significantly. Which everyone knows, is dangerous in battle. Good thing is, this ttack doesn't have to connect completely to her enemy. Whether it's an inch or two from connecting, or just connecting, it should send a powerful surge of lightning throughout her enemies body. It could send someone flying back. As if you were stricken by lightning..
Raiton: Denkou Dosu Bakuha | Lightning Style: Lightning Death Blast |
This os one of her strongest jutsu. After performing the handsigns for this and smashes her palms togethers, collecting a dangrous amount of Chakra in both her arms and hands. When she pulls her palms away from each other an electrical surge is visible. Slowly she raises faces her palms out and in front of her and aims this attack. Her hands glow slightly when that chakra she turns into her Lightning element forms into a ball. Starts off small, and then becomes the size of a kickball. Then, BOOM! It blasts out of her palms and towards her oppenent with incredible speed. It's very hard to move out of this jutsu's way. Why? Because this jutsu destorys everything within a thirteen mile radius. This takes an enormous toll on the users body. She is unable to use any other jutsu for about ten days because of the internal damage done by the jutsu. Or move them around for that matter... It tears the tissues in her muscles terribly.

Rikou's down to Earth, independent and relatively calm. Though when she isn't doing anything you'll find that her head's in the clouds or daydreaming. It's difficult to anger Rikou. Probably something she was disciplined in while training in Martial Arts for most of her life. However if you push her buttons enough she'll definitely shred you to bits with words alone. You'd definitely feel that stinger from the scorpion~! Again it's not easy to make her this angry. There are only a few people who had seen her this way. She's smart, and pretty quiet. Not one to say what's on her mind or talk about how she feels unless you know her well. She's certainly no social butterfly, that's for sure! She's romantically declined. Hardly knows a thing about romance; probably because it's not something she's interested in. Rikou doesn't usually talk much or say much to anyone. Although that doesn't mean that she doesn't have anything to say.
Her stoic like personality confuses a lot of people. Sometimes she appears as if she has a ton on her mind. People ask regularly is she's alright, or if she would like to talk about what's on her mind. It becomes a nuisance actually... Truth is, her mind's always going. Never ever stopping. Where will you find her when there's nothing to do? Under a Cherry Blossom tree, or training in the middle of no where. She finds that training in her Martial Arts is her serenity. Rikou may appear absolutely cruel on the outside.. But on the inside she's really a hug-able, soft teddy bear! Loyal as a dog. She can keep a secret. Unfortunately, she can hold a grudge for a long time.. Years even. "Forgive, but never forget" is something one should keep in mind if you do something remotely wrong. As you can possibly tell by now, she's rather complicated!

Rikou knows a thing or two about creating lethal Poisons. And antidotes for them.
Doton: Daichi Dekiha No Jutsu; [ Earth Style: Ground Crushing Technique ]
With this jutsu Rikou collects immense chakra in her palms, feet, or any part of her body where she can crush the ground beneath her. Though her chakra shoots in and away from her underground. Causing thye ground to shatter and cave in. This jutsu however does put a strain on her body because it uses so much of her chakra.
Replacement Justu: Speaks for itself.
Doton: Yurasu Kakoi No Jutsu; [ Earth Style: Rock Enclosure technique ]
This jutsu is normally used to trap her enemies in an earth like shell. Depending on how strong the enemy is Rikou can add enough chakra to ensure that he or she would remain in there. If the enemy is increasingly strong however, it eats her chakra away quickly. Now how this technique is used! She performs her hand signs and collects chakra in her knees down, and hands. She needs extra strength ion those areas to keep the Earth shell in place. It isn't a good when she is interrupted in this process.. She then shoots her hands or feet into the ground and a shell closes in on the enemy. The closer she is to the enemy the longer she can hold that person in there.
Doton: Hando Tame Koudo No Jutsu; [ Earth Style: Hand to Earth Technique ]
This jutsu is when Rikou is able to control every single piece of Earth around her. If it's Earth, she can move it without even touching it. Though if the weight of the piece of Earth is over Four-Hundred Pounds then it sucks her chakra away faster.

Last Time I Looked, I Was A.:// Genin
What Kind of Person Am I ? .:// Keiji is a nice person. He loves to make friends with just about anyone he meets. Just about every day you'll fine Keiji has a smile on his face. He may not be the brightest kid out there, but you'll notice that when a battle springs up that noggins of his springs up. He's rather strategic in battle, actually.
A lot of times during the day you'll find Tenpi training in the Training Grounds or eating his face in at Ichiraku Ramen. Keiji enjoys to eating to his hearts content. He eats any kind of food but from him the best is hot Food. Keiji is a very crazy person. His feelings turn very quickly. He can go from bring a very happy being to an extremely hyper one. Despite that, he can be an awesome person to be around. He tends to be the candle in a dark room when it comes to cheering someone up! Keiji Loe has the Element of Wind. He loves it so much that he even tried making his own Jutsu, though it's seems that he hasn't accomplished that just yet.. But he will!!

Wind Blade- Creates a blade of wind, that is impossible to block. Requires no tool to perform.
Ninja Art, Sickling Winds- The user waves the fan to create the wind wave and than utilizes his/her own chakra to give the wind sharpness which can cut through most materials.
Spinning Whirl- A summon of a ferret like creature who has a huge scythe in one arm and floating scythes around it. It then spins them in a huge a fast whirl of whine and blades cutting up and blowing down anything which is in its path.
Shuriken Shadow Replication- A technique that multiplies a thrown object into many exact replicas of the original. It's not just an illusion, it creates real clones that all do real damage.
Body substitute skill- It's implied in the name. The user switches his or her body with a plant, animal or anything for that matter. This is used to escape dangerous situations such as many sharp projectiles being flung at the person.
Raining Needles- A barrage of needles that are sent flying at the opponent from a hidden place inside an umbrella. The needles are then controlled using Chakra and directed at the enemy.

Here's my story.:// Gataro is the last member of the Darksoul Clan. Each of his clan members housed an Inner Demon. Unfortunatly with the sealing of Gataro's It didn't like it too much. In a rage the Demon (Berserker) Took control over Gataro's own arm and took Gataro's eye. Gataro now lives with the demon still inside him and now holds the demons eye.
I've got moves!.:// Dark Blade: Forms a blade out of the shadows to use at will.
Dark eye of true sight: Gataro uses the demon eye to see through some Genjutus. It hasn't been tested on the Tsukiyomi yet.
Dark Oblivion: (Last resort) Gataro charges a large amout of his chakara into his hands and lets it out in one final wave
