 Yes, I'm going to cosplay as Konata Izumi from Lucky Star. I need a really long wig(preferably to the knees) that is blue. It doesn't have to be style, but it must have bangs! My height? I'm 4 in, 4 cm tall. Oh yes, it CAN be online or not, just not really expensive please, thanks!

Well, I buy from an e-bayer named ProfessionalOnly- they have a really great long blue wig for around $30. :3 They sell quality stuff, but since it's overseas it can take like 3 weeks for it to ship. I don't think they do faster shipping either. :[
Another good E-bayer is zhenna0036. I bought wigs from them and was really happy with them. :3 I bought my knee length silver wig for $30-$35 bucks. It was thick and high quality. They also have the option to get it shipped faster if your pressed for time.

uh...Depends on how long the blue hair is, but I think I saw a long blue wig once in Trivium....They always have good stuff in there! biggrin ..That's actually where I plan on getting few a set of wings or 2 and some other sweet stuff...beware though...The stuff in there is good quality and can be pretty expencive sometimes.... ninja

I'm not certain which shade of blue you are looking for, but I do recall seeing long blue wigs at local Wal-Mart stores for five dollars. <<; I hope this helps.
