you see, I'm being her for a-kon 19. I don't know if I should use a wig or spray paint my hair.and if it should be dark or light pink hair. maybe you can help?

I cosplayed Sakura last year (time-jump)
I used this wig: here
The vendor is really reliable and has fantastic prices.
I'm not sure what version of Sakura you'll be doing but she has plenty of pink wigs that could fit the criteria.

wig. 99% of hair spraying looks terrible.
You'll get much much much more attention with a wig.
And hairspray runs after a while in the heat, so it will ruin the collar of your costume.
Also, get the light pink wig - it looks way cuter
