Section One: Power Explanation
The evolutionary gifts given to the select few are as varied and diverse as those who receive them. But be warned, there are restrictions. Just as we are born, learn to walk, grow and mature, so do, will your abilities. Having what could only be a basic understanding of your gift at the time of entry, your finesse with it will also be limited. As time goes on, and you learn how to more capably utilize your abilities, new powers will be opened for you.
Power Progression Flows as such:
Entry Level: Basic Power
Example: Jimmy was granted the power of Pyrokenesis. At this level, Jimmy can raise the temperate around him and maybe spark a fire or two.
Adept Level: Moderate Power
Example: Jimmy can now generate fire in the palms of his hands at will. He can throw them like baseballs. He can make plastic objects melt by raising the temperature around them.
Expert Level: Advanced Power
Example: Jimmy can completely engulf himself in flames and raise the temperature around his body to well over 1000 degrees Kelvin.
*Note* At this stage, a secondary power RELATED TO YOUR BASIC POWER can be achieved.
Example: Jimmy can now use his usage of fire in a way that he can propel himself through the air whilst engulfed in flames, effectively achieving flight.
Paragon Level: Complete Control
Example: Jimmy no longer needs to engulf himself in flames to propel his body. He can generate heat rivaling that of the Sun.
NOTE: I will, occasionally, as a reward for doing good by this guild via recruitment, meaningful roleplay and just plain sticking around, I will award bonuses for players to increase their powers.
Example: While Jimmy has Basic Pyrokinesis control, with a bonus award, Jimmy can now raise the temperature around objects that are easily flammable and make them ignite.
