you mean like, you toss the rifle, turn, then catch it?
i'd say dont spin too fast or youll get dizzy.
ive never been able to do that either, but then again, ive only tried once or twice.

If you're turning to your left, put your right foot over your left (like getting ready to spin) while in the prep (before the toss), that way, you're already almost a quarter of the way around foot-wise before even really toss. Toss it up, then spin around quickly.
Don't try tp stare at your rifle while spinning. Trust yourself. If you stare at it, it'll throw your turn off and you'll either wobble and end up a little bit more in any direction, or you'll get too dizzy to really actch it.
I can only do it under a triple or anything higher. Since doubles and singles aren't so high, trying to do one 'under' those is ridiculous. (Less you loft it like ZOMGFREAKIN'high, which is ghey. xD )

My hint, because I'm trying to do this too, is to look at it before you turn so you know its going to come straight down

I've been trying to do this as well. But I always end up to much in a different direction. Plus I am also kind of scared, because whenever I learn something by myself I usually end up in the emergency room... sweatdrop
