"I dont want to come back here!" Eternity cried as she was forced up the path of her old house that sat looking spooky and ominous right on the top of a hill in Nightmare Valley, over looking said valley, she left this place as a foal for a reason and she wasnt comming back here ever again. As far as she was concerned the ONLY one who she concidered family was Dante and his family, she didnt want to be related to anyone else in that family and here Coven was dragging her home.

"Im sorry, Eternity, I know you dont want to be back here, I know that you hate this place and I know you will just run out the door as soon as I let go, so im sorry but it has to be done, Raven is expecting us. Just be good, it will be over before long and I promise, I will protect you while you are here, Raven knows I pull rank over her so she wont try anything" she said as she knocked on the door and waited.

Eternity sighed and sat down and waited, looking up once the butler had opened the door "I see my mother couldnt even come to see me, they sent the butler to open the door, typical." She said walking in and over to the fireplace that was burning away, she laid down by it, it was one of her favorite places...well that was before she left this place.

Coven smiled at the butler "thank you" she said as she walked over to Eternity to wait with her.

Salem sighed, he stood at the bottom of the hill and looked at the other beside him "are you sure you want to do this? My mother...well lets just say people dont stay away from this house for no reason. While im used to the house, the ponys inside and everything else it is new to you, given you are pregnant, I dont want to cause stress or anything upon the children" he said to her, knowing that a stress free pony can be totaly stressed within seconds in this house if they wernt used to it.

Salem sighed a little and smiled at her "alright then, just making sure you were up to it "he said as he mumbled a spell and teleported them to the top of the hill. "The only way to travel" he said as he started towards the house "lets hope mother is in a good mood, though im sure she will be once I tell her she is going to be a grandmother again. Though, I suggest staying away from Lilith, shes my sister, round about the same age as I, has got it in for my brother Dantes mate, sirena, vows to kill her if its the last thing she ever does.

Long story short, she thinks that a 'normal earth pony' shouldnt be with Dante because he comes from a magical family, only those who are apart of the magical world are allowed to be mated with us. It is an old and boring and dead tradition, it was outlawed back in the 1700's when we were stating to become more aware that magical ablity or not doesnt mean we should treat others less, so mating with those without is perfectly acceptable though Lilith doesnt think so.

If truth be told, it was our grandparents that passed that law however, secretly, it is the one thing that Lilth has always resented them for, she thinks it isnt proper to have magical folk mate up and breed with non magical folk. Which is why, she loaths Dantes kids and will more then likely loathe ours, magical ablity or not, they were/will be born from one non magical parent and that is wrong in her eyes.

Dont worry though, Lilith ALWAYS listens to mother so she will be on her best behaviour, Lilith IS stronger then mother but mother knows more tricks then Lilith does so she can counter her attacks and she wont know what to do. Shes always wanted power more then anything else and wont stop till she gets what she wants, however, along the way, she didnt learn all mother taught us so she lacks the spells to make her a REALLY powerful witch like she wants to be.

Anyway, other then her, the rest of my family are pretty tame, Eternity, one of my youngest siblings, is the only good girl of the family, you see, our grandfather was a good, powerful white wizard and grandmother was a evil, powerful witch. they fell in love and yet died, having mom about three weeks before they died, so they didnt really have time to bond with her but for mother, those three weeks meant more to her then she will ever let on.

So anyway, as I was saying, Eternity takes after grandfather, she is a sweet, good hearted, kind and caring witch who REALLY couldnt hurt a single soul, she would deffinatlu make grandfather proud." He said as looked towards the house and sighed "to bad she no longer conciders us as family, she pretty much disowned us due to my sisters killing and deskining the only friends she ever made.

You see, we sometimes kill ponys to use in our potions, two of the ponys that were killed one night, when Raven wanted to Teach Rapture a few things, had them go out and kill a pony each for the potion. Well two of those ponys, as I said, were foals, friends of Eternitys, she has hated this family ever since, in a way I cant blame her but still, it is sad to not see her around home anymore.

Though, I admit, im not so innocent either, I have been told many times that I should never be trusted and its true, I may not be as nice as Eternity or as cruel and heartless as Lilith. But my sister, Kali and I, can be as evil as Lilith when we want to be though we could never be as nice as Eternity, that would be even to much for us" he said chuckling a little.

"Anyway, im sorry, I have spoken far to much, just dont worry about a thing, I swear, you will be fine here, I promise to take very good care of you" he said to her, knowing how much he didnt want to scare her but still, it was best he knew what his family were like right?

"Yes, she..." he didnt say anything else before a rather loud bang came from the inside which had pink/green smoke comming from the window of Ravens room. Following that a screaming Raven a crying Spira and Arcadia and Pandora running out of the house laughing like hyenas, something told Salem that Raven was going to kill those two once she catches them.

"Welcome to my place" Salem said with a sigh "excuse me" he said as he walked over to the twins, mumbled a spell and a time hole opened up "you can cool off for a while back in the seventeen hundreds and where mother wont kill you." Salem said as he pushed them through and closed the time hole "there, thats done, now how to help with this other mess..." he said as he walked into the house and noticed Spira had hidden in the library, all you saw was her little face peeking out, hoping it was alright.


Raven looked outside, angry as anything and noticed Salem and the other "Salem, where are those twins?" She asked angrily, ignoring the fact they had company over.

"I sent them to the seventeen hundreds, they will be back at a later date, thankfully, those over zelous twins wont be able to come back by themselves so they can stay there for a while."

"Thank you" she said as she nuzzled her son "please, go see to Spira, I think she may be hurt, she was helping me and one of the twins jokes went off when she picked up the joke bottle of the twins, thinking it was my potions bottle. When she fell back I think she may have sprained her ankle or something, can you please see if she is alright? I will go clean up my room and then come and see if Spira is alright."

She said to her son as she smiled at the girl next to him and walked off back to her room, wondering how to punish them when they got back and how to clean up this mess, since it was a magical mess it would be harder to clean.

"I guess this isnt going to go as easily as I hopped it would..." he sighed once more and walked in, looking over at the library door "Spira, sweetie, come to me darling" he called as she opened the door and ran out limping badly before falling and crying some more. Salem ran to her and cuddled her "shhhh its alright, everything will be fine, I promise" he said as he looked over at Eternity "Eternity, hi!" He said smiling at his sister "please, can you help heal her leg?

You have the most powerful white magic here besides mother and I dont really want Lilith finding out about this...well she will anyway but still...later is better then sooner."

"Why should I help you lot? You and I arnt even related anymore, as for Spira, I dont do things for bratty snot nosed kids who are related to this family either." She said to him, curling up and waited on her mother, wonderng if she could go upstairs and get a few of her belongngs before they left.

Spira started to cry again, she hated being picked on, she wishes she was strong and powerful like mommy or daddy but right now she had to agree with Eternity, she WAS just a snot nosed brat, but still it wasnt nice hearing someone call you that.

Coven gleared at Eternity and said nothing, this was her agiasnt her family, whatever she belived in she wasnt about to force it onto Eternity, she just got up and walked over to Spira, nuzzling her once she got there. "Shhh its alright sweetheart, I will make you all better, I promise" she said as she conjured up a warm heating pad and placed it on her leg and mumbled a healing spell which should fix the sprain in seconds.

Salem looked up at Soy ad nodded "er...yeah, it may be smart to stay away from them also, they are Arcadia and Pandora, have known mother since they were all in magic school together. Mother loathes them at times but all in all they are all best friends even though it doesnt seem like it, they have the basement, they conduct all their magic down there. I guess today they wished to play a prank on mother, like they usually do but Spira must have been helping and got the worst of it.

Anyway, it is best to stay away from them, as you found out, I also dont mind if you leave, it will be understandable if you do, especially if Lilith is going to be home soon with...er...'company'..." he said to her, unsure how to say his sister will be bringing a bloody pony home to deskin it.

"Alright, just giving you fair warning" he said as he looked down at Spira "how is she doing, Coven?" He asked as he nuzzled Spira, her having always loved him most of all out of all her uncles and aunts.

Coven stayed still still Coven said she could move, just staying close to her uncle.

"She is going to be fine, her leg is almost fixed, another couple of minutes or so and she should be fine" she said as she looked down at Spira and smiled "would you like some ice cream after this?" She asked Spira kindly.

Spira nodded "thank you and yes, I will have some orange chocolate chip if thats alright" she asked the other, hoping it would be.

"That would be perfectly fine" she said smiling at the foal, looking back at her leg and making sure she didnt over do the healing.

"Unless you want to be turned into something or even killed, I suggest leaving her alone for a little while longer, want something to eat while you wait?" He asked her.

Salem looked at Spira and nuzzled her "so hows my favorite neice?" He asked as Coven removed the heating pad and made it disapear, thankful ONE of the ponys in this household cared enough to help his neice out.

Spira got up carefully and slowly, making sure to put less preasure on her leg as she could, she then applied preasure once she was fully up right and started walking around on it a bit. "It's perfect, my legs fine, thank you!" She said as she ran over and happily nuzzled Coven, she knew her parents didnt like her using manners and everything but even she had a bit of good in her.

Coven nuzzled the foal back and smiled at her "youre welcome little one, now lets go get that ice cream I promised you" she said as she walked off with her towards the kitchen.

Salem looked at his sister and sighed, he walked over and nuzzled her "eternity, you should of helped your neice, its not nice to just do that, she wasnt the one who...well you know" he said to her, hoping she understood.

Eternity said nothing, she just laid there, god knows she wasnt going to give her brother the satisfaction of admiting he had a point at any rate.

Salem sighed, obviously he wasnt going to get anywhere with her so he looked at Soy "alright, my apologies, I guess Eternity wont listen to me so I am now all yours. What would you like to do while we wait?" He asked her, wondering what she DID want to do, he could do almost anything here given his magic ablity but it was up to her.
