I have been friends with seth since forever. Just last month, Seth told me that he had liked me for quite a while and that he wanted to go out with me. I liked him back, so we started hanging out more and doing things only a dating couple would do. Unfortunately for me, we couldn’t actually “date” because I have overprotective parents who won’t let me date until I’m 16. (I’m almost 15.) Seth told me that he’d wait for me, and that he will always love me, and only me, until the time comes when we can finally be together. After that, we kind of went back to being friends. I had no idea he would break his promise the way he did.
I heard that Seth and my best friend, Maddi, went to the movies together, last night. Knowing that they are good friends, I didn’t think too much of it. I talked to Maddi on the phone and (jokingly) asked if they kissed. “no,” she said and hastily changed the subject.
today, I noticed that seth was waiting for maddi at her locker before school, and after homeroom, so i asked him, “are you and maddi going out??” he looked down at the floor and mumbled “yes” before joining her and walking away to their next class.
Let me tell you, i was PISSED OFF.
Throughout the entire day, maddi avoided me and didn’t sit with me at lunch. seth tried to spend every second he could get with her. after school, i walked in on them kissing (more like eating each other’s faces!) in a deserted hallway. they broke apart upon seeing me.
Earlier tonight, seth texted me and asked if I was jealous. I said, “no, just disappointed.” he didn’t text me back.
I don’t know whether I have unrealistic expectations for him + me, but it just broke my heart that he threw me away for my best friend. Advice, please??

Gahahahahaha! Beautifull!
The throws of young love! And the confusion of the innocent!
...There's nothing wrong with a secret, should you know what you're doing. But you do not! GAHAHAHA! But
And time will often repeat itself should one not know the prior.
Seth is not someone worth keeping a secret over.
