He learned from his father everything he knows. He has learned the skills to wield a Zanpakutou with skill and precision making him a foe to be reckoned with and someone not to be taken lightly. Hiro has been known to be cheery and almost care free all the time, but he gets serious when things need to get done. His cheery demeanor makes most enemies think he is a pushover when he is not. Hiro is also very close to Erie Silence the Zanpaktou's Spirit. It is said that she is his closest friend. Appearance: walks around in a Captain shinigami uniform, but his appearance changes to this when he releases the seal on his zanpaktou.  Zanpaktou: Erie Silence (Long Sword) When it is released by saying "Awaken Erie Silence" the Zanpaktou changes from a normal katana into a long sword colored red and the spirit Erie Silence awakens from her "slumber". It also wraps the user in a white and black armor that gives the user the ability to fly and never land no matter what the load and it provides excellent protection from other Zanpaktous. Also the armor is a part of the Zanpaktou. The armor and the sword cannot separate if they do the sword will re materialize into the hand of Hiro. Its last power is the command it has over the air. It can cause violent winds and vacuums and other known air manipulative attacks. It is able to create vacuums and make air very dense to the oint that its impossible to pass through the air. Bankai: No one except for Hiro and his father have seen his Bankai and it will never be used until it is needed. Spirit's Apearance:  Dark Erie Silence: Erie Silence has a dark side similar to Ichigo's Zangetsu becuase Hiro also became a soul reaper when he was still human. Dark Erie Silence sometimes tries to rest control from the good Erie Silence. It has succeeded multiple times but each time it has been dethroned. When Dark Erie Silence is in control she affects the initial release form of the Zanpaktou by changing the color of the sword to black. It also alters the bankai as well, but it is so different from his normal Bankai that its not even Hiro's bankai. If Dark Eire Silence is in control when Hiro uses Bankai the Bankai becomes the incarnate form of Dark Erie Silence using Hiro's body as a vessel. This information was gathered by Squad 12 when Hiro first joined the Court Guard 13. Once he knew this he swore never to use his Bankai unless absolutely necessary even if Erie Silence was in control. Until Dark Erie Silence is destroyed he would not risk a possible take over of Erie Silence when he goes Bankai. Very few can hope to stand against this darkness once this has occurred and Hiro alone cannot reverse this process. Hiro helps Erie Silence fight this dark which in a sense he has helped create. Status: M.I.A.  [ Name ] Eiko Gikyoushin
[ Rank ] Vice Captain of Squad 1
[ Background Info ] Eiko Gikyoushin went through the Shinigami Academy a slight arrogant and stuck up person. However, once she passed her first year, she began to become less so and grew more serious and respectufl, especially of her superiors. It didn't take long for Eiko to harness her skills and become a effect soul reaper. One person she really came to respect above all others is Shigekuni Yamamoto-Genryūsai, as it should be naturally. However, Eiko found him to not only require the respect as the Head Captain of the Court Guard 13 but it seemed to just come naturally from Eiko as if she felt she would be causing a crime if she did not respect him and his abilities. It was for that respect that she strived to join first squad of the Court Guard 13. When she did, she slowly climbed her way to the vice captain as Hiro Yamamoto-Genryusai took over his father's positon. Like with is father, Eiko carries a high respect for Hiro as both her captain and a well accomplished shinigami. When it comes to her skills and Zanpaktou, Eiko has become well known for her speed and agility, which is why she almost joined the stealth squad, but in the end turned it down to persue other goals she had set long before developing her speed and agility.

[ Zanpakutou ] Satsukiyami Enmu. In it's released form, Satsukiyami Enmu covers the area surrounding Eiko in a screen of light pink mist that derives from the blade itself, with the command word "cover". This mist has a paralizing effect if it is breathed in and drowsing effect that happens as it surrounds her opponent. When her opponents fall under the effects of Satsukiyami Enmu, Eiko charges in to deliver the final blows and defeat her opponents. In essence, Eiko and her Zanpakutou's spirit, Satsukiyami Enmu, are connected a little more than the normal shinigami and it is said their energies/life forces are connected in a special way, though details surrounding it are fuzzy and unclear.
[ Bankai ] Eiko has mastered her bankai. However, she prefers to not use it unless it is the only other option and does not get along with others who think otherwise, specifically those who think bankai is something to use whenever they wish or want to. In as such, not to many people know the extent of her bankai. What is known by those few is that, in it's final form, the ribbons on the end of the hilt of Eiko's zanpakutou wrap around her lightly, acting as a shield and armor that covers vital spots. As the ribbons wrap around Eiko, swirls of mist form behind her from the continuous stream of mist formed by the blade. This mist acts as it's own weapon and will strike at her opponent, containing a paralyzing nature if it comes into contact with skin. Also, it will cover Eiko in a large veil of thick fog to help her doge attacks if she needs it.

.:: Background Info ::. Iyeasu Naoko joined the Shinigami Academy with her eyes set on the 2nd Division of the 13 Court Guards. With ever family member before her going into the stealth squad, she firmly believed that that is what her family did and, since she was the next in line to become a Shinigami, didn't want to disappoint her family. So, while in the Academy Naoko studied hard to not only learn the Shinigami abilities, but pushed herself to increase her speed, accuracy, and agility as her other family members once did. There were many times when she pushed herself a little too hard or wore herself out too quickly, but she always got back up. One day one of her teachers, who had taught her eldest sister, pulled her aside and asked what her plans were and the motives behind it. After Naoko gave her answer the teacher bopped her on the head, leaving her very confused. They then explained that, although she had the abilities that they had seen in her siblings and family to become a member of the 2nd Division, she shouldn't go into it just because it was the history of her family before ushering her off to her next class. Naoko had wanted to ask something, but had to rush off to make it to her next class before it began. After that day, though she continued to increase her speed, accuracy, and agility, she thought about her plans and saw them in a completely different way. In fact, instead of entering the 2nd Division, once Naoko graduated from the academy she entered the 1st Division and has climbed to the rank of third seat through her perseverance and mind set that duty and business comes before anything else. She is a dedicated Shinigami who, unless is it absolute absurd, does what her ranking officers ask of her without complaint or argument.

.:: Zanpakutou ::. Katsudouryoku. In it's released form, which is reached by Naoko saying 'Kon', Katsudouryoku is filled with Spirit Energy and acts as an endless sword, within reason. With the Spirit Energy, her zanpakutou is surrounded and is made to act like an extension of the blade itself that can extend quite a distance. On the end of the extension is a little hook that, if she catches her opponent, she uses to bring them closer to her or slice through them. Her shikai consists of extra, smaller spirit energy blades sprouting from the original spirit energy blade around her zanpakutou. These blades also extend and allow her to attack multiple targets in different directions that are not in direct line of her zanpakutou.
.:: Bankai ::. Naoko has mastered her Bankai and is currently working on making it even stronger. However, the price of reaching Bankai was the sight in her right eye. Where her eye is there is a mark that runs from just above her eyebrow to her cheek bone. While her Bankai is dormant it is a simple black. However, when Katsudouryoku's Bankai is released, it glows with the color of the Spirit Energy (in this case, purple). The trick behind Naoko's loss of sight in her right eye is that when Bankai is released, her eye becomes the source of life for the Spirit Energy. If she were to open it it would glow the bright purple that the Spirit Energy is. When Bankai is released, Katsudouryoku uses the Spirit Energy and causes tentacles, that can develop sharp edges such as that of the zanpakutou, of it to come forth from the ground and attack her oppenents or hold them where they are so that Naoko can attack them directly.
