Partner: None; He needs to make a pact with someone soon!
Weapon: He is one to use his fists mostly, he doesn't rely on pins as much as he should. He does like the fire pins, though.
Biography: Lived in a very wealthy family, but ran away, hating the life he was born into. He roams the streets, doing whatever he can to reach his dream of becoming a world famous guitarist. Everything he wears, eats, and sleeps under he pays for himself, save for his guitar pick, his only treasure, given to him by David of Simple Plan after winning a contest. He keeps it chained to his belt loop so he won't lose it.
Personality: Justin is sweet and caring. He hates rude people and has a tendency to get confused easily. He needs a lot of help from his friends to inform him on what's happening.

Biography: She grew up hating her father. She wants him to die. Her mother was her hero and role model but now noth her parents are dead. She just came out of the Reaper's Game and is back in regular life.
Personality: She is a nuisance. Mostly headstrong, she is defiant and will not listen to anybody. She hates people who disagree with her.
Age: 16
Appearance: She looks a bit like Shiki with blonde hair and ice blue eyes. She normally wears a tight shirt with a short pair of khaki shorts.
Other: She loves animals. Mostly horses.

Name: Saishi “Toby” Tobias
Partner: None
Weapon: Due to his complex Imagination, Toby’s a pin-user, primarily of the telekinetic variety. He tends to lose control of Fire pins but enjoys the occasional Ice pin.
Biography: Tobias (Toby to his friends) is the only child of a Japanese business man and a European wife. His father spent all of his time at work while his mother was a homemaker, resulting in Toby learning more from his mother than his father. He grew up with a love of manga, anime, and even comic books and cartoons imported from overseas. He knew from an early age that he wanted to do something with the medium so he became an artist. At 16 he’s working on his own manga, hoping to someday to submit it to the Young Jump competition.
Toby lives near Shibuya and as such spends much of his time there, reveling in the clash of styles and trends. He finds the district a tremendous inspiration, though lately he’s hit an artist’s block that even Shibuya can’t seem to break. His troubles are aggravated by his mother’s sickness, an illness that has debilitated her for the past year.
Personality: Toby is friendly but slightly reserved. He enjoys watching people but has relatively few friends of his own. He spends as much time at home, drawing and taking care of his mother, as he does out in the world at large.
As an artist, Toby has a complex Imagination that makes him sensitive to the presence of Noise – the reason for his artist’s block. He does not know of their existence, though, and probably won’t for the rest of his life – barring unforeseen circumstances…
Age: 16
Appearance: Toby has a blended sense of style that doesn’t lend to any one particular brand. He normally wears a pair of beat-up baggy cargo shirts with an un-tucked green shirt worn beneath a dark red zip-up hoodie. He wars a chain wallet and a necklace worn on the outside of his shirt with a small medallion given to him by his mother.
Physically, he’s not very intimidating. A little on the scrawny side, his hair is usually a dark hazelnut mess concealed beneath his hood. His eyes are piercing and blue, though, with a dreamy quality about them.
Other: Toby is very close to his mother and values his relationship with her above all else – followed closely by his stylized art style that’s closer to graffiti art than traditional manga/comic stylings.

Partner: None, better hurry though.
Weapon: A total freak of slash pins. So he uses simple slash pins, and uppercut ping, and a pin that creates a massively huge sword.
Biography: Lived a simple life, but unfortionately his death is unknown. All he knows about it is it was sometime after school was out. Has a sister, but she is still alive. He was always a nerd at his school, but got distracted easily which lowered his grade.
Personality: A true nerd, but gets distracted easily because he can multi-task so well. Because of that he seems to know MOST everything going around him. Has a liking for swords and videogames, but not one who is interested in dating or anything.
Strongish, polite, and believes in chivelry.
Age: 15
Appearance: Short blond hair spiked at the top. Tan shorts and short sleeved shirt. Has a blue backpack on.
Other: Seems to be able to pull random stuff, wither it is important or not, out of his backpack.
