Now that I've had some time to test the game out, I'll take another crack at a tier list. I'm probably way off, but this is my prediction.

Upon actually reading these 'tier' lists they're both quite pathetic. The tier lists are going to go by the major tournaments, have you not paid attention ro the actual discussions instead of just winging it on your own? Apparently you haven't.

The SWF backroom has it looking something like this without the whole tier classifications since the # of characters will probably add another intemediate classification.

Diddy is low becuase the major players aren't a Diddy main so he won't get respect for the tier list, but a good DK can be quite good actually especially since his combo ability has been raised and add that in with his heavy weight to a person who is used to heavy DI he can be a pain to kill.

Falco is top due to his camping game. It's by far the best camping game around if done right combined with decent attacks and very few cons he'll get more respect since Fox has been screwed over during his transition and alot of Fox mains left him becuase of it. So it'll hurt Fox to lose alot of his old mains and leave it up to new generation Fox's to hold his own. Plus most 'pro' Foxes relied on waveshines and that has been removed. Take away a 'pros' crutch and they're going to find another character to be rather than cope without. it.

The thread is to find out what you think the tier list WILL BE not what you think it SHOULD BE, so I went by the intel gathered from SWF who essentially directly affect the making of the tiers since it is primarily done from the resualts of the MLG circuit in which the big names fro SWF regularly compete.

Also my list is superior to Regulus' becuase I'm superior to Regulus obviously. mrgreen In all seriousness if you need clarification on any other positionings please feel free to ask.

I could care less for "tier lists", I go by what character i like and who's comfortable to me.

Well, Metaknight has, essentially, no knockback either and yet he's at the top. The deal with Sonic is that all of his moves are predictable and can be shield-grabbed. Mix that in with his difficult time killing and you have a low tier character.

As for the Ice Climbers, are they ranked sixth on your list strictly because of their infinite chain grabs?

Yes, I just winged my tier list. As I recall, there are no official tiers yet, so everything is speculation. There is no fact, only opinion. This thread is supposed to be an expression of opinion, or a guess as to what you think it may be. I made a guess, and I came up with my list on my own, unlike you, who just copy pasted yours and used a condescending tone, as if you are a grand expert at all things brawl, yet you were unable to make your own tier list. You also forgot Zero Suit Samus on your list.

My list doesn't deviate from your all too much, yet its still "pathetic" according to you. I'd be more than willing to discuss my reasoning with you, but when you flame me (and yes, your post is a flame), I'm going to lash out a little bit.
