The portrait of John is quite a good likeness - keep up the good work!
The JackxJack one - beautiful facial expression and good detailing in the clothes. I suggest you work a little more on the hand - its a bit flat and rigid, maybe not quite to scale. Hands, although probably the hardest part of anatomy to master, can be as expressive as the face so an important point to work on! whee
