There used to be a naruto rp in this guild, but there was only two people in it, so i'm going to try again. I'm sure you are all familiar with the naruto series. If not, may I suggest wikipedia?
Here's the basic plot: The Akatsuki are gearing for war as they continue to capture and extract the bijou. With the recent capture of the shukaku from gaara, they are one step closer to their goal of world domination. The villages, fearing the worst, are preparing for war as well. With Orochimaru and Sasuke also on the loose, things are looking grim. (pretty much the same plot)
Here are some basic rules and restrictions:
No god moding (Randomly killing off characters. If someone is going to die, leave it up to the corresponding member)
No god-like characters (demons, invincibility, immortality, etc.)
No speaking for other characters (keep dialogue to your own character)
No auto-hits (we've had huge problems with this before) keep it interesting
Original characters are welcome, made-up characters are encouraged
Please pm me your profiles so I can approve of them. Original characters are on a first come, first served basis.
Please be mindful of the guild rules and members. Failure to comply with these rules will result in expulsion from the rp, repeat offenders will be banned from the guild. Make no mistake, I have no tolerance for rulebreakers.

Name:Runa Paletie Age: 17 I'm from the Village of Rain (I'm a traitor) Right now I am a road ninja, attempting to locate akatsuki members (I have a personal grudge against Pein- the leader). I am a Jounin. Well, kind of like sasuke, I'm geared towards one goal, but a different goal obviously. I have determination and a slightly above average mind/ intelligence. And though it doesn't really matter, I have long brown hair kept in a ponytail, and I wear all black, and a line etched into my headband to singnify where I stand as far as my allegiance goes. I am skilled at ninjutsu, hence the title jounin. Right now, I'm an Akatsuki woman. Exciting.
A little bit about me: I don't know what I should say. My dad was sort of crazy and went on the mission to take the Hyuuga clan's Byakugan. Obvious to state, no luck. He died. My mother, her name is Yui, was left to care for my little brother, big brother, and myself. I was daddy's favorite because I was the better ninja out of the children so he enjoyed doting on me, always treating me as his "little princess". Needless to say I went bad, seeing as I'm in Akatsuki now.
Here's how I act: I'm pretty stand off-ish, not enjoying to be other people's business nor do I enjoy people poking their noses in mine. As long as they don't pry we'll get along just fine. Though...I may be a little stuck up at times but don't let that annoy you too much!
Random info: I have a nervous habit of biting my lip until it bleeds and then I have to pull out the gauze. My power is mostly summoning beings, they're not really animals though more like celestial beings or deities. It takes quite an amount of energy but it mostly depends on what being I decide to summon.

Bakamaru and his partner Kana were enjoying a meal of ramen in a restaurant in the land of stone. In between missions for the Akatsuki, the two of them loved to travel, and Bakamaru always payed whenever they went out.
"I was raised in a very traditional environment, my family practically burned chivalry into me." he always told her.
After they finished their meal, they decided to leave before suspicions arose. As they were walking down a remote mountain path, an image of pein, the Akatsuki leader, appeared in front of them.
"Bakamaru, Kana, I have your next assignment. As Hidan and Kakuzu's replacements, you also inherit their duties. Your assignment is to capture one of the two remaining bijou. As you know, the more tails a demon has, the stronger it is. your mission is to capture Raijou, the 7 tailed beast of thunder. It has a jinchuurki host, so it's going to be that much harder. Good luck comrades."
His image disappeared and left the two Akatsuki to their mission.
"Hmmm, I wonder where we should start looking??" He wondered out loud

The silver-haired kunoichi walked slowly, her hands in the pockets of her long black and red-clouded jacket. Akatasuki uniform. Exciting. "Well it wouldn't be in Water country, they'd be electrocuted in minutes," Kana snickered. There went her sick humor again. "Frankly, we can start looking in here--seeing as we're already in Stone country". Her voice was soft as ever.
She brushed some hair out of her face as she continued up the mountain path. "Why can't all of the jinchuurki be loud, obnoxious, and stupid like that one--Uchiha's going after". The woman shook her head, 'Damn, they have all the luck'. A rustling arose in the bushes on the left side of the path, shrubbery was scarce seeing as they were on a mountain path and that didn't register correctly in Kana's mind. With a flick of her wrist a silver, sharp, dagger-like object (a.k.a. kunai, yay) glided from her hand and into the bushes where there was a hack, cough, then gargle. Whatever was in there was dead now.
Just in case there was another, she didn't sense any, the kunoichi stalked up to the green foliage cautiously. It was oozing a red liquid now, blood. Pushing the branches back with a second kunai slightly. There lay some unsuspecting, no doubt newbie, shinobi. Kana sighed, "They don't ever learn, do they?"{I. Kill. You!}

Bakamaru chuckled, "They sure as hell won't get the chance when you're around, but I suppose that comes with the job."
He paused for a minute to think, "Yeah, we might as well start here, who knows, maybe we'll get lucky, and the jinchuuriki will just waltz right up to us." (Bakamaru's sarcastic sense of humor)
As they walked down the path on their way back to the village of stone, they came upon a traveller, which was odd considering how far out they were. The traveller walked straight up to them, and he could tell that he was carrying a weapon.
"Fork over your posessions and we won't have any problems." The bandit said arrogantly.
Bakamaru chuckled again, "Tell me stranger, do you like the cold?" He asked dryly
"What the hell does that matter? It's always hot here, it's never cold." He responded gruffly.
Bakamaru made some hidden handsigns *ice style: tundra reaper*
Bone chilling ice sprawled up the bandits body and froze him solid instantly.
He looked over to Kana and said, "No, I suppose they don't."

Runa steadily rose from the wet, moss covered ground as the sun rose. The lake nearby was shining with new intensity at the light reflected it's mirror image towards her. Quietly, she gathered her belongings, ignoring the adjustment of her eyes to her surroundings. Knowing that there were still Akatsuki out there, and that her enemy lay hidden among the elements, she kept up her speed while running smoothly through the woods towards the stone country. There was rumored to be a jinchuuriki in habitat there. An akatsuki was bound to show up. Bringing her one step closer to defeating her despised ex-leader, she would stay away from the rain country until all of Pein's allies were destroyed.

"I'm not sure if you should have done that--" Kana said, glancing over the frozen bandit. "I mean--we could have brought him back as dinner for Zetsu-san. But no, you had to go and give him freezer burn". The kunoichi sighed, putting a hand on her cloaked hip. "Now he's going to be sitting there, staring at his partner going, 'I'm hungry. Feed me'. And you know how he gets when he's hungry". The young woman's long hair shook with her head as she moved it.
Walking farther along the rocky path she sighed, her mind going over the past. Reliving some memories, you know the usual. Across their path ran a little furry creature which caused the summoner to watch it with weary and careful eyes. She wanted to make sure it wasn't dangerous, she scanned it's aura in an annoyed fashion. It seemed that all was well. Pausing several yards in front of Bakamaru she looked back, "Ishihara, get the lead out".
Kana was highly impatient when they had a mission, she wanted to get it over with. Hopefully this jinchuuriki would be a weakling though most of the time they aren't weak but their masters were. Well host. Hopefully the host was weak and couldn't connect with the jinchuuriki well, if it did they were screwed.

Bakamaru realized that Kana was getting ahead of him, he quickened his pace and easily kept up with her.
"Sorry about that Kana-san." He said with an awkward laugh, "I was just thinking, won't people begin to suspect us if we go back? I'm not saying we shouldn't, trust me, I want to end this mission as quickly as you do, i'm just saying we should be careful."
He didn't speak until they were back in the stone village, there were so many likely people to be hosting the demon. But then an opportunity arose, they stumbled upon a group of people deep in conversation.
"Did you hear, Satsuki and Hirumo were slaughtered by a ferocious monster."
Bakamaru's ears perked as they continued talking.
"Yeah, they say that the beast could conjour storms and make thunder clap. They didn't stand a chance, those poor souls."
Bakamaru casually walked up to them, "Excuse me, you mentioned a beast that could conjour storms? Do you know where this beast is located?"
"Yeah, they found itin the mountains to the west, don't try chasing it though, you don't have a snowballs chance in hell." one of them replied
He walked back over to Kana with a dry look on his face.
"You hear all that?" He asked, "Come on, let's hope it's not a bum lead."

Her purple eyes flickered casually towards Bakamaru as he came back from speaking to two gossips. "Yes, I did". Kana's short reply was. Quickly, her mind was beginning to formulate what should happen in order to catch this monster. This powerhouse. Surely this was a frightening power and the nin couldn't help but feel slightly afraid, that didn't matter though. She was going and that was that. No other option, unless death by Pein was an option and she surely didn't want to die by his hand.
"It looks as if we may need to make some sort of...lightning rod--in case the little bugger decides it wants to go and conjure a storm on us. Well--unless he can control where the lighting is aimed". Her mind sifted through all the possibilities, making sure her voice was low. "Though the best was is the stealth way--taking it by surprise". She walked on the outskirts of the village, near the wall. "I guess we could send a scout before we head there and waste all of our time and energy...". Underneath her cloak she made some hand seals and a small bird-like creature appeared, it already knew it's duty and hopped on the ground for a few minutes before taking flight.
Kana tried her best to make sure the bird she used looked the ones in this region. It did it's job well.{I. Kill. You!}

"Good thinking, and as for the lightning rod problem, my blade sohi should do the trick. I'm cursed, I can't die as long as i'm cursed, and the only way that I can get rid of it is when I 'kill he who has wronged me most.' But I live a cursed life. Whenever I become angry, I turn into a half dragon and I lose most of my human traits. It was placed on me when I betrayed my clan."
He stared off as though his mind were somewhere far away.
"Well I guess we wait on your fine feathered friend, I don't know about you, but I could use a drink."
He trailed off and went to some restaurant to calm down.

He seemed angry about something, perhaps the curse that was placed on him? Maybe she could lighten the mood with a joke, this was so not her style. "It depends, are you treating this one too?" The woman gave a dry laugh as she paced beside Bakamaru.
After the two of them came to a restaurant she sat down at a table, most of the restaurants were just seat yourselves. "I know this is not really my place to ask--but--why did you betray your clan?" Her voice was barely above a whisper lest people would be suspicious or even violent towards the two of them--they couldn't afford to have a massacre where they had been. That would draw way too many suspicions. Seeing as the two of them would most likely be partners for a long amount of time--until one of them dies or Akatsuki is forced to be disbanded and such, she might as well learn more about him.
There was no use in just being complete strangers in a partnership where you are forced to cooperate together.{I. Kill. You!}

Runa entered the small village just miles away. As she walked through the gates, the walkway was cluttered with restaurants side-to-side. She observed the restaurants silently, scouting for black cloaks with red clouds. As soon as she spotted them, she noticed that they were sitting at a restaurant, calmly talking amongst themselves. One was a young kunoichi with long blue hair. The other, was a young man, with blue hair. Runa decided to occupy the seat at a restaurant across the walkway. Completing a sequence of hand signs, she was able to project her hearing to catch their conversation.

"You have no idea what kind of pain i've endured, everyone I knew and loved, everyone I ever cared for, all dead! I did it for the chance to get revenge! I don't care what kind of curse is put on me, I won't stop until that horrid b*****d Orochimaru is lying face down in a pool of blood!"
His eyes flashed a violent shade of blue and quickly he returned to normal.
"Revenge is a powerful fuel, for three years i've been plotting and planning his downfall. That's why I owe Pein my allegiance, he promised me my opportunity for vengeance. Good or evil doesn't matter to me anymore, you might say that my heart is colder than the ice I use against my enemies."

{Don't. Call. Me. "Kana.-chan"!}She remained silent, staring calmly at Bakamaru. "I'm not going to pretend to understand--but my father, too, was killed". Kana laced her fingers together in front of her face, "Though I know that revenge will get you no where. It will only end in more heartache, sorrow, and anger than when you started. At the end--when you get revenge--the thing that fueled and justified your existence, what will you do? Will you just go off and die?" Her thin eyebrow arched.
She sensed something was wrong but she couldn't quite put her finger on it. The kunoichi tapped her finger on her chin, unlocking her fingers from the opposite hand. "It seems we have company". Her voice was cold as ice. Her lips moved wordlessly, sending the message to Bakamaru without alerting the nin--whoever they were--that they knew. 'Maybe I should just start some girl talk...that may lose their interest...'. Kana tried to think of some things to say, "Again, this is probably rude of me to ask, but--in this group of "everyone you loved"--did you have a lady friend?" The woman was honestly curious though it was none of her business.
Kana did not want to pry into the lives of other people but what else was she supposed to do in this situation? Talk about their plans? No. Pein would kill her--slowly and painfully. {I. Kill. You!}

Sensing the same thing as Kana, he decided to go along with the conversation.
"Yes, her name was Matsurika. We were very happy together for years. I remember we used to waste our time making snow angels, hers were always more beautiful though, something I will always remember. We were childhood friends and we knew eachother most of our lives."
Bakamaru looked away with a wistful tone on his face.
"I miss her more than anything else, her smile could always make me happy, even thinking of it now, 3 years later makes me feel hopeful."
