Who thinks that Jack is the Face of Boe? I have ideas to why I think this.
First: The name..Face of Boe…Boeshane Peninsula. The both have Boe in it.. I mean how could he have gotten the name.
Second: Jack asked th Doctor what would happen to him in a million years. “the Face of Boe, they called me”. This astonishes Martha and the Doctor.
Third: He called the doctor his “old friend”.
Forth: right before he died the face of boe said that it was nice to breath the air once more. That means he used to live outside the big jar.
Fifth: he said he was the last of his kind. If you think about it.. There was never any of his kind because no one lives forever except jack.
Sixth: right before he died..the face of boe told the doctor that “You Are Not Alone”. I’m thinking the only reason he said this is because Jack actually encountered the other Time lord..so when he got old he told the doctor.
Seventh: the doctor has encountered the Face of Boe three times. The doctor only encountered the FACE three time. But hes seen Jack twice. It was only the face that he saw three times.
Well those were my reasons. Please give me your opinions.

Incidentally I keep running into the Face of Boe. Went to a collectibles store today that had to Doctor Who section (Torchwood action figures coming in the summer! rofl ) and they happened to have a Face of Boe action figure (movable face).
Oh, my dear Captain Jack...
And ran into this on Deviantart for good measure...

Went to a collectibles store today that had to Doctor Who section (Torchwood action figures coming in the summer! rofl ) and they happened to have a Face of Boe action figure (movable face). A collectibles store called Three and Up. If you're looking, I'd just go to any store that looks like it would cater to scifi/gaming/comicbook/sports nerds.
You can also buy them online, I think. (Yay for ebay!) I am just waiting for Torchwood action figures to show up. I'm totally buying Jack and Ianto!
