Like Akatsuki, the Seraphim will travel in pairs, three teams of two. The leader will not be on a team, for reasons not explained, but the obvious one being that he would not make equal teams with the others. Seniority will depend on the rank. Whoever in the team has the higher rank is considered the Taichou.
