Long has the Seraphim society had excellent scribes who over the many years catalogued and written down as much as they could about the world. The Hall is an entire library about the entire Shinobi world, as collected and created by the Seraphim. Every country and village have their own sections, but by far the most expansive is the Jinchuuriki and Bijuu section.

The slim figure of a girl reached out her hand, her fingers barely tapping the bottom of the book she had selected. The figure sighed, running a hand through her lavender hair before a second attempt. Standing on her toes, she reached once more and found with success that her delicate hand wrapped firmly around the books binding.
She tugged the book softly and it slid free from the shelf and into her arms.The book itself was dusty, and she brushed the dust off of it as she began to open the book, turning the cover carefully.

A tall man in a long coat and yellow hair which was spiked entered the Hall, the large wooden doors opening on their own as he entered to find her reading a book.

The girl was studying the book intently, so much so that at first, despite hearing the doors open, she kept her eyes on the page until finally she looked up to see who had entered.

He studied her for a moment. "Always reading." He commented before slumping into a chair.

"Hai.. Books can tell you things people do not wish to... And they are good company on days that there is little to do." Her gaze returned to the book.

"Quite." He stood up and looked at a few books on the small shelf. "Find out anything interesting?"

After a moment more of going over the text, she returned the book to its shelf, freshly dusted and proceeded to look for a different book entirely. It wasn't often she had company in the library so she wasn't quite sure what to do beyond her general routine.
