So everyone, with the newly announced 'Prom Crashers' event starting May 16th, I have 3 questions:
Are you dressing up for the prom?
Are you going to be like me and Kristy, and call it the PROMNOMNOM?
And if you are going, you going to ask someone? (I'm not sure if I will yet. too shy >w<)
Looking forward to it? I am!
I'm thinking it'll be alot like the old Gaia Anniversary Ball, with event forums, plot, and some other cool stuff. And of course, there'll be some huge thing that will make us wait till the Summer Event to really kick off.
How should the GSOS celebrate the Promnomnom?!

Yeah, i can't say I wasn't surprised. I'm surprised most of us seem happy with it though, since we kinda hated Julie. xD

Yeah the GCD was going nuts when they saw Christians appearance. Even the GD was excited! (Good thing!)
When Julie arrived to Gaia the GD and the GCD went ballistic! (Bad thing)

but srsly nao. I'm totally psyched about PROMNOMNOM. I've already picked out my dress and everything (with Matt's approval, lol). I'm also really excited because I have already marked Saturdays off of my possible work days, so I can spend the whole day having fun and getting whatever items they happen to be giving out. All I need now is a date, lol.

Even if it is silly, I think it'll be fun. Events are always a time for Gaia to come together and have fun. I don't know anyone who hates events simply because they're goofy, usually have some nifty items and there's usually some fun plot involved besides the fact that the forums games are always a blast. I know it sounds silly for me, as a 21 year old girl, but I'm really looking forward to PROMNOMNOM. It reminds me a bit of the anniversary ball. Everyone dresses up and just looks forward to an awesome party. Prom itself is and always will be lame, but this is a chance to have more fun with it and take it a little less seriously, while still allowing us to have the traditional feelings associated with prom of it being a some-what romantic, fun thing to do.

I'm psyched. I just spent a month hearing my cousins drag on and on about their prom, so I'm using this as an excuse to return the favor. My mom and sister are in on it to.
Now, I just have to decide what to wear...

I enjoyed my prom, as lame as the music was, lol. I would find it amusing if they put out some sort of lame music to play in the background (it'd be better than all the rap they played at mine, lol). Maybe we should put out our own super-lame, 80s-inspired soundtrack xd

I like the white, it's very new age and surprisingly popular to wear now. Matt's got the classic prom look going down, which I also like. men's prom fashion = win (as an aside, Kristy loves men in suits xd )
Lets make sure to add horrible 80s music into the pack, k? lol.
