Located in the City Square. This is where the kingdom is runned from by the elder vampire council. Her the Queen mets with the council to vote and discuss subjects that will better the city, the people, and keep things overall running smoothly. The city hall is very spacous having a large crystal structure in the memory of the city being built.



There is also a huge ballroom here for social events. This two story room takes up the majority of city hall and has annual parties for the people to relax and have fun. The ballroom is big enough to hall everyone in the city comfortably.

Relena looked up at the long flight of stair that lead to the door of city hall, "You haven't been in the hospital so shut it!"

She elbow him playfully in the side, "I would really perfer to walk around and see things with my own eyes before the council starts in on me."

Relena turned and gave the man a kind smile, "I look better than I feel. It is nice to meet you. This is Inferno, please don't take anything to personally that comes out of his, he not the caring type you could say but he is someone that can be relyed on."

Relena chuckled at Inferno glaring at her, "Hey...I am trying to warn the guy and make sure a fight doesn't happen. The city is already in repair as it is and I don't Arya putting both of us back in the hospital." She turned back to man and extended her hand, "Welcome to the city. I hope you stay here is enjoyable and goes well. I----"

"MY QUEEN!"

Relena frowned, lowering her hand, "Oh boy...hear it comes...please shoot me now..."

A fat bald man can running down the stair with multiple scrolls in his hands, "My queen! Glad to see you are well again. Now we have alot of business to attend to if we are to improve the city and change! This---"

Relena cut him off, "Improve...oh no! I know you and council had been after me for these improvements...the answer is still no....NO!" She saw the fit that was about to come from the elder vampire but she cut him off again, "My people come first, mainly the ones in the hosptial, next is the wall the defends the city, then the city itself. Everything will be the exact same as before. I have given you a few of my own improvementS and only they will be done not yours!" She cut the man off again for the third time, "Barely walking or not...you do not wish to tick me off. Now scram and take care of the people of this city instead of yourselves."

The man gave small hissed but obey never the less and vanished into City Hall. Relena smirked, "I still got it...at least I don't have to go in their anytime today." Relena raised a hand to scratch the back of her head as she turn to new comer, "Sorry about that. Even with the rules their some the wish bend or forget them. Now with the city in its state I have feeling we about see just how many are like that. Not really the way I wanted get rid of them but I guess it works."

She looked at the new comer, "Your new...well there are few things you need to know then. First of all this is neutral city were many types of beings live. Yes I know it is the vampire city and it the main home for all vampires but others live her as well. This is safe heaven for beings...even humans. I will not have beings from the outside come here and start up things that threaten those that have seek refuge and safety here. Everyone that lives here are here to leave out the end of their days in peace and quite. None of them are bad guys are you say and are innocent. Most of the people here were born here and never have left the city. Second...once your here everything on the outside of the wall that you were mean nothing here. I don't care if your big hotshot of your group and wish to be treated like your a king. Get over yourself you no higher than anyone else. Don't like...get the hell out of my city! As I said before the people are under my protection and I am not about to risk this city intregity and the people lives because some yahoo wishes start something that is a threat. Finally if you want to stay in the city and set up a life here, feel free. Just remember what every quarls you have on the outside...forget them. You start a new here. You more than happy to leave the walls of the city to go somewhere but if you coming back then you take this city morals with you. I am not having a person leave here and came back a killer. I do hav ears and eyes past the walls. Oh and so you know...there are no killers here...no true monsters. Most of the people here have never picked up a weapon sharper than a pick axe. The army here is only for the protection of the people. There are away beings, that are killers and have hunters after them that come here, they are turned away immediately. If they don't leave then I they are dealt with personally and give to the hunter to do with as he or she wishes. If your a killer then I have zero sympathy for you. Only those that are innocent with hunters after them are allowed. They are taken and watched carefully and literally become a new person entirely. That is rarity since hunters usually are the best at common since and don't kill innocences. I used to be one before I finally took my title today. I have the greatest respect for them and they are welcome in my city but...their title stays outside...and they are not allowed to hunt inside the walls. We have a few hunters that have retired here. People come and go due to the large market here that carries anything. The city was built to let old world have a place to survive in the new world that is coming and fast. I will not risk it for anything. I am sure eventually I will have to close the gate as the modern takes over but when the time comes I will deal with it then. The city will always be here for people like us, a place for us to go to when our world no longer exists on the outside of these walls."

Relena looked up to the new comer, "I mean to sound rude but I don't take risk with the city and it inhabitants. You start something and it will be dealt with and you better have a good reason for me not to throw you out permentally." She then gave a kind smile, "Please enjoy what parts are open. The city may look like hell but it was made to rebuilt fast. In a matter of weeks it will be as it was...well mostly...it was some improvement that are beneficial to the people and not the council. If you like...since apparently I have spare time and need to go through city anyway....I can show you around and answer question you have if any." Relena looked at Inferno, "You can do what you want. I am not the weak and don't need a babysitter. Besides I am sure you are aggravite enough as it is watching over me. Go train or something...!"

Relena gave a play shove at Inferno, "Yeah Yeah." Relena decided she would take off down some of the ruins and hope one of the storage area were in tack. She really did not what to have to resort to enter the city hall.

After an hour of walking she found one that was in the process of being empty for city repair and entered. She quickly found a basic outfit consisting of pants, shirt, shoes, and jacket...unfortunately underwear was no where to be found and her current attire did have any. "Peaching," muttered Relena as she dress.

It was now time to rebuilt the city and head for city hall. She entered the building and was immediately attack and bombarbed by the council. "So it beings."

Ocarina dude came running to Relena wearing a tattered white robe. "Relena!" Ocarian dude dashed over and hugged her. "I've missed you so much baby. Is everything okay? You looked a little flustered." He said holding her shoulders.

"Never better. Why do you ask?" Ocarina dude blinked his eyes confused.
"Get your hands off her!!!" Ocarina dude turned around and saw a boy wearing a pair of boxers running at him like a mad man. "Relena get back!" Ocarina dude jumped at the boy. "Stay away from my Relena!" The boy dodged left and bit down onto Ocarina dude's arm. "You can't have her." "ye-ouch!" Ocarina yelped as he shook the boy off his arm. The child went sailing through the air flew towards a wall, at the last second, the boy kicked off the wall's surface and lundged at Ocarina. "If you touch Relena one more time, I'll kill you!" The boy screamed as he tackled ocarina dude. Ocarina dude flipped and pinned the boy down. "Enough! I won't let you come between me and MY girl!" Ocarian dude raised his fist to punch the boy.

"He's a fake!", the child yelled. "Relena don't listen to this guy! He's trying to kill me." "Damn straight I'm trying to kill you. If you lay a finger on Relena again I'll bite your hands off at the wrists!" "Relena, you got to believe me. This isn't an ordinary child. He's strong. Let me go. Please." "Don't let him go , Relena! He's trying to fool you!" "Quit your lies boy!" "Quit YOUR lies!" The two males stared at each other in the eye.
