Area 21-2 -> Level 4
Level 4When a supporter has an ID Card with security level 4, they are allowed to enter this level. The creation and testing of gadgetry is performed on this level. Precaution is to be used at all times when working in this level. Level 4 Level 4 has been destroyed

Neku danced a little bit heading towards his lab. Neku enjoyed music and it increased his creative thinking ability. Neku got into is lab and for today was just setting up some parts of it.

Neku took his screwdriver out and sighed thisfloor was empty but quiet the way he liked it.

Neku cracked his finger backed and cleared the table while he was listening to "Time Is Running Out" on his headphone he took a sheet of paper and began to a scribble out very early blueprint drafts some looked unbelievable while others looked like crap under someone's shoe. Neku sighed as five blueprints stood before him he flipped a coin elimination ones to do then decided on the last one. Neku enjoyed gadgetry since it was a bit of everything. Chemistry,Weapons,Research all of it, while somethings were merely a little mecha robot with wheels.
Neku looked at the design infront of him sighed and began to make a more detailed print.

((Oy oy. ._.; Maybe I should just quit no one to RP With.))
Neku slammed his head onto the table knocking over a hot drink and rushing to get a napkin but a bit late as he got blasted backwards into the wall as the coffee entered his small box life structure on his counter the smoke could be seen fissing out not enough to set alarms off but definetly loud as he coughed a bit before cleaning up the mess looking into the hallway.
"Anyone out there?"

*Koth, having closed his eyes to focus, was unaware he had been moved. He continued to gather energy, and prepared to fire. Temperature in the area rose to nearly 200 degrees Fahrenheit. *

*Lights burst from their glass encasements, tiles cracked and ceiling tiles crumbled. Through the dark, pierced a ray of white light, followed by a spiral of DRKNRGY, and a yet unknown force furthering its power. The entire level jolted about, and an unmeasureable degree of power left Koth's body in a beam of ultimate destruction. The entire level before him shattered and melted inwards, exploding and imploding in turn, the earth surrounding the facility caving in as everything inside was vaporized*

Koth was protected for a short time by a surrounding sphere his own energy, the entire level having now been destroyed. In the space left, Koth faded to mist, and left the level. None could any longer enter the door that separated the Level from the rest of the facility.
