Outdoors
This is the area above the facility, containing the access elevators to the underground facility Area 21-2. There is a large freight elevator just north of the others, and is mainly used to bring materials down to the facility, and bring experimental vehicles up.

Well, the truck has to get down to Level 6, and I have to unload it from there.
Unless you'd rather get them into their cages another way?
