The bulk of the city. This is where all the streets and shops are. Looking to buy something? This is the place. Clothes, food, gear, books, inns, you name it. Becareful in the back alleys, you can run into some shady characters there, but there are also some shops in the back alley ways that sell some more 'colorful' items. The city is big and there's plenty of places to shop, eat, or rest. This part of the city is the most technological advance part of the city with electronics and so forth. Have fun.

In an old run down building, three men stood in the darkness plotting.
"Okay, so you understand Master Sinclair's orders right?" The old hunched man double checked. "Yes, yes for the hundreth time, we fully understand the orders of Mister Sinclair you decreped little toad." replied a medium built man with long white hair. "Yeah, we got it." said the giant brute of a man with short spiky green hair. The old man changed forms and became Ocarina dude. "Well, make sure you do a good job. Remember, Master Sinclair is furious and if this one gets screwed up, we're all toast." He said before leaving out the back door. "So... you want to take the east side or the west side my mastodonic comrade?" Asked the white haired man. "I dunno Vainamoinen... Does it matter?" Asked the hulking giant. "I suppose not. Well how's this? We leave together and at the first fork in the road we split, witch ever side of the road we happen to be on, we go that way. What say you to that my colossal coalitionist?" said the white haired man. "What?" "We split up whenever." "Oh, sounds good Vain." The two exited the building, but the large man broke the doorway on his way out because his shoulders didn't fit. "You know Casimir, we really should work on your parochial vocabulary." "And you should work on lifting weights." The large one replied. "Touché."

Relena came from the shadows using Shade to open a portal through the shadows. Her paced slowed to a crawl as the damage finally hit her. Countless bodies laid fallen before her in the destruction. Their faces of agony and fear and pain didn't help. Relena was so startled that her rage hit her like a rock. Lips curled, fangs exploded, and roar that shook the ground came from her. All that had come to see what happen jumped back and snarled at the outburst, a vampire reaction. It didn't mean any harm or disrespect.

Relena attention zero on Inferno and even he knew it was not time to be an a*****e at how fast Relena power level was raising above his. "Tell me everything...what going on!?"

Relena took off to the west.

Ocarina dude popped out of the wreckage missing his black cloak but wearing a tight black outfit. "Enough. I'm not losing to you. Mirrior Illusion!" Ocarina dude split into ten Ocarinas, and they all rushed at Inferno. Inferno kicked through one and it died and disappeared. "You obvisiously don't understand the draw-backs of this move. The more clones, the less power." Inferno summoned his cursed sword and sliced through two more Ocarinas. An Ocarina charged from behind and slashed Inferno's back with a dagger. Inferno's eyes widened at the surprise attack and stinging pain. His spun around and punched the Ocarina, sending him flying into a wall, killing him. Two more rushed him on each side, but Inferno jumped up to dodge. Instead of crashing into eachother, they Ocarinas kicked of eachother's foot and bounced back before leaping into the air after Inferno and slicing his right leg and his left foot. Inferno threw his Cursed sword through the ocarina on the right, and used a burning comet attack on the ocarina to the left. Kicking him down to the ground before crushing in his head beneath his foot as he blasted into the ground from his comet attack. Inferno pulled his sword out of the Ocarina's chest on the ground. Four more Ocarinas charged in from each side. "X-Cutter!" The Ocarinas shouted together and pulled out blades before all moving a foot to their left, respectively. They all zoomed past Inferno on different sides and cut him as they dashed by. Inferno fell to his knee from the sudden loss of blood. The Ocarinas all skidded to a stop and charged at Inferno again ready for a second attack. "X-Cutt-" Inferno stood quickly and stretched out his arms and legs. "Chaos Blast!" Inferno exploded in a fiery ball of death, the blast was 20 yards in diameter, wiping out the Ocarinas instantly. Inferno looked around and saw as the Dead OCarina bodies disappeared in puffs of smoke. "That was only nine... the original must've fled." Inferno looked at his waist, which was still bleeding badly from the four Ocarinas' simultaneous attack. He created a tiny ball of fire in his hand and super charged it until it was a dazzling light blue flame.

Meanwhile, Ocarina ran through the city away from the orange demon. "How can he attack me like that? I'm in the form of his ally, but he didn't even hestitate! That guy is psycho!" Ocarina slowed down as he felt he put sufficent distance between him and Infenro. "What do I do now?" Ocarina saw a train leaving the station not far away. "Bingo!" Ocarian dashed after the train. He built up enough speed and caught up witht he train and jumped onto the back. He climbed up the railing and jumped onto the top of the train and sat down. "This body is great. By far my favorite so far." Ocarina's happy moment was soon cut short as the sound of crunching metal caught his attention. He turned around just in time to see a flaming fist come rushing at his head. He ducked down jsut in time, the punch still singed a few hairs on his head. Ocarina rolled abck and popped up to see Inferno standing there. His shirt was gone and his waist had a nasty burn mark all the way around. His eyes burned with rage. "H-how'd you find me?" the fake ocarina stuttered. Inferno didn't respond but instead swung his arm out in a horizontal arc. "Ember wave!" A stream of fire swept out and hit Ocarina. Ocarina fell and rolled grabbing the side of the moving train.

Vainamoinen stumbled back as his gun went flying off into the distance. “How dare you make me lose my firearm?” Before Vainamoinen could react Ocarina jumped over him and spun kicked him in the head, knocking him into the ground. “Don’t screw around with me! You must be with that group of people who shrunk me and stole my form! Tell me the truth.” Ocarina was angry and wanted answers. Vainamoinen stood up and dusted himself off. “Yes. I am a member of the group you speak of. We are all humans whose hatred of vampires, and those who affiliate with them, has brought them together. And since we each have some very special and powerful abilities, we banded together and decided to launch an attack on this city… and more importantly, on YOU.” “Me? What the hell did I do? For that matter, how did you find this place?” Ocarina dude tightened his grip on the staff. “Now now now, if I told you all that, Master Sinclair would be most irate with me.” Ocarina dude lost his patience and dashed at the gentleman. He punched him in the face and grabbed his foot as he fell back, He spun him around like a tornado and released him, sending him crashing through the wall of a store. Ocarina jumped through the hole in the wall and looked around for the man, but he was nowhere to be seen. “Come out here! You’ve wasted enough of my time. Attacking the city, stealing my form, turning me into a child! If you aren’t going to give me answers, then you are expendable!” Ocarina swung his staff through a table, shattering it into tiny pieces. He continued to destroy the shop, smashing all the hiding places there was. Finally he smashed a desk and Vainamoinen rushed out as it collapsed. He ran out the door, but Ocarina dude jumped and smashed through the roof with his staff and landed on top of the store and looked down at the man fleeing from the enraged boy. “Special abilities my a**! The only things you can do are talk and flee!”
Ocarina dude leaped off the roof and swung his staff down at the man, you barely managed to dodge the pole by rolling to the side. “You are so slow! You are barely managing to avoid my blows! I’m still getting used to this body, but I am more then a match for you. Surrender now and tell me what I want to know, and I’ll let you live!” “If I did that, then Master Sinclair would make sure that my life would be terminated immediately.” Ocarina dude ran over to the man and kicked him in the chest, sending him flying several yards away. He struggled to get up as Ocarina charged at him. “I may be slow, moving at a slothful pace, but you soon won’t be able to keep up with me.” Vainamoinen stood up straight and began to glow green.
“What the-?” Ocarina dude suddenly felt cold for a second. Then Vainamoinen ran at Ocarina dude ready to punch him, but he ran no faster then a fit human, not anywhere near enough to match Ocarina’s super speed. Ocarina side stepped by Vainamoinen still punched him square in the face. Ocarina dude fell down, back got back up, he noticed how close Vainamoinen got to him as he got up. Ocarina dude kicked but Vainamoinen grabbed his foot and pushed it up, nearly snapping the leg. Ocarina fell back and rolled to the side before jumping up. He grabbed his staff and swung at Vainamoinen, but the man ducked with ease. “Hooowww areee yooouuu dooooinnng thissss?” Ocarina’s eyes widened as he heard his voice. “I see you have deduced what happened. Yes, I have not sped up, but you have considerably slowed down.” Vainamoinen spun around Ocarina and karate chopped him in the neck. Ocarina tightened at the pain. Vainamoinen then punched Ocarina in the spine before kicking him in behind the knee. Ocarina fell to the ground. “You see, it doesn’t matter if I’m sluggish… if you’re slower.” Vainamoinen stepped on Ocarina’s wrist and kicked the staff out of his hand then swung his foot around and kicked Ocarina in the face while lifting his foot off his wrist. Ocarina dude went rolling across the ground. Ocarina dude struggled to get up fast, but his body just wouldn’t move at the speed he wanted. Ocarina dude got to his feet before Vainamoinen reached him and he took off as fast as he could but barely reached 15 MPH. He grabbed his staff as he ran by and tried to put some distance between him and the white-haired man.
He began to think how to move faster, but the only time he moved normal was when he was falling or being kicked back. Ocarina then came up with an idea. He turned and ran up a ladder on the side of a building and raced to the top. Vainamoinen walked to the front of the building and looked up as Ocarina dude stared at him from the top of the three story building. “Please don’t tell me you think I can’t exchange blows from a distance.” Vainamoinen was taken by surprise as Ocarina jumped off and put his hands to his face. “Sooooolllaaarrr Flaaaarrrre!” Ocarina dude emitted a blinding flash and Vainamoinen couldn’t see anything. Ocarina dude used the momentary blindness and his falling speed to tackle Vainamoinen into the ground. The acceleration from the fall put enough force into his attack to knock the wind out of Vainamoinen. Ocarina dude jumped off and ran to his staff, steadily gaining speed. Vainamoinen stumbled to his feet and turned around with red eyes. “It seems that you leave me no choice. Fatal Finish!”
Ocarina dude grabbed his staff and kicked off and wall and dashed at Vainamoinen gaining speed as he went. Soon, his speed tapped into his power, and Ocarina took off like bullet.
Vainamoinen shot the blast but Ocarina warped straight through it and delivered crushing blow to Vainamoinen’s head, shattering the skull. “I was… too lackadaisical.” Vainamoinen managed to mumble before dying at Ocarina’s feet. Ocarina just stood there panting, trying to catch his breath. Suddenly sensed another presence and turned around as he heard “Reflect!” Suddenly Vainamoinen’s attack bounced off some kind of barrier and whizzed back at Ocarina. Ocarina couldn’t dodge in time and took the grunt of the attack. He was blasted through the air, as he soared, he saw a tall man dressed in black where the attack bounced back. It was only for a second because soon Ocarina was lost in the distance. ((continued... in unknown))
