The strongest naval area in the west blue. They have a massive base of marines, and make it a very powerful island. Their are only about 2,000 marines on the island though so it's not as strong as say Enies lobby but still a pretty powerful stronghold. Their are several Naval officers that train here to become commanders later on. It's by far the best place to start out in the west blue.
