A small island that is primairly used for mermen. They actually run the place, though unlike arlong's crew they are not corruptive probably due to the fact absolutely no humans live here. Its a pure mermen city, and is very popular for mermen that feel like coming by for supplies...they aren't so friendly to humans though.
