Does anyone know if they will have 2h swords or pole-arms/lances? In my opinion, not having 2h swords in the first game was idiotic, and I just think that pole-arms and lances are cool, though they aren't nearly as common as 2h swords.
Mostly I they just need a larger variety of weapons. Does anyone know what they are planning as far as weapons go?

more and varied weopons have been suggested to the creators for gw2 so something like that might show up

I hope that 2h swords and poleweapons will be implemented in GW2, but I also think that the main reason for them not being in GW1 is, that wars already have war hammers + one-handed swords, and paragons have throwing javelins, so some ppl would get confused with the whole 2h-wep-other-than-hammers thing

Well. They could always make an entierly new class That uses polearms Like Vikings > biggrin
