Just out of curiosity, how many musicians do we have at Break Free? By "instruments", I basically mean anything--guitar, bass, lute, drums, piccolo, kazoo...okay, maybe not kazoo, but pretty much any instrument besides that. Or if you're a vocalist.
Myself...I play guitar, and also piano. Singing too, I guess, but I don't take lessons or anything.

i play piano (more classical, if anything. though i can rock it. XD) and a touch of guitar. i sing more than anything else, but i lack lessons. since i'm being forced into going to church at least once a week (most likely twice. sudden religious mother = whut?) i'm thinking i might try to score a spot in their small choir. might help me out.
i'm dying to learn drums though. ; 3;

I'm an amateur jazz pianist working toward writing music for a living. How's that for pipedreams. razz
I have two teachers for piano, one classical and one jazz, but I know a bit of guitar, harmonica, and alto saxophone. In those last three, it's all self-taught, so associate that with "bad." I actually just passed a piano final this morning.

I pretend to play guitar (aka, I really suck arse at it). I am also kind of bad at piano (don't let me being in lessons from age 8-15, and then again for two semesters in the last three years fool you about my talent level). I also play clarinet, and I played tenor sax one year for jazz band... I am most proud of my singing, the only musical talent I have that actually IS a talent.

Does air guitar count? biggrin I really can't play anything. I sing alone with Queen songs, and no one has complained about bleeding ears, but I don't think I'm that great of a singer. My friend invites me to play piano (maybe for amusment) but I'm not that badworse then my cats fighting on the piano
