The Capital City of the Water Kingdom, Regalis Gratia. To the Water Denizens, this city was honored in memory of the First King of the Water. Meaning "Gratitude Royal" in the old tongue, this is where the Castle was built for the royalty.
The City mostly lies underwater, but it surrounded the biggest island in the the longest chain in the ocean. The island is called, "Ager Iratus", or Angry Land, because it was once an active volcano. When it first irrupted, it destroyed half the city, and raised the island out of its remains. When the Volcano became inactive, they turned that into the castle. Putting up a fortified stone wall around it, the used the natural passages within the ancient volcano, and carved new ones, and turned the island into a natural castle.
The city itself is a marvel as well. At its beginning, it was a small town. Made of seashells, dried kelp, and animal bones. Once the first King came from that town, architects came, and the city flourished. Keeping the tradition, the whole city is built to look like the old one centuries ago. It is the most beautiful city in the Water Nation.

Cairo got off the ship on the shoreline. He now had to take a little dip down to the city below. It was nice above, but what was under was better. He dove in, and swam to the nearest air pocket. When he hit the seafloor, he walked into the pocket and could breath once again. He was close to the castle, but it was still a walk to get there. So he started, hoping that he got there before the news of the King and the Reaper did.

Serena swam down to an air pocket and breathed in the air. She was curious of this new place she had found whilst looking for fish. She walked around.

((so...apparently the whoel castle isn't underwater, I'm kinda dissapointed by that... crying ))
Lus began to slow as they reached the site of the city. "Half of the city is underwater, the other half is the island you see before you." She took from her pouch and magic she had purchased in town. "Each one is said to last twelve hours, and I bought a total of six." She said as she handed them the oxygen bubbles. "Just blow into them and place them against your lips to activate them." She said with a wink as she began her own slow descent.

Artemis sighed happily at the sight of the city above water level. That would mean actual time to dry off in the sun. She took the magic from Lus and followed after her.

They soon reached the ground and were met with angry glares from the residents of the city. "Geez, talk about feeling welcome." She muttered as she led the way to the Castle gates. She had only been to the city once before, and it was when she was very young, but the beauty of it was just as beautiful as the first time. Upon reaching the gates they were met by some soldiers guarding the palace.
"None are to enter." They stated.
"Then I request an audience with Princess Xin."
They looked at each other before answering.
"The Princess is not here at present, and even if she was you would be better off finding Kiro or her brother."
She has a brother?
Lus looked at her group. "So what should we do? Wait or go to Earth?"

"I'm unsure..." Moriarty said, tailing behind the two and arriving a little late. "...I have a feeling, though, that if we can get our hands on this Kiro, he would be plenty willing to help us." He glanced over at the soldiers, a hint of loathe in his eyes. "When are we expecting the princess to come back?" He asked. He was really restraining his urge to do... evil things right now.

Artemis sighed, as she didn't know what to do either. "Kiro? I don't believe I've ever met him, but why should he be to equal right to the princess?" She half whispered. "And I've never heard that she has a brother, though he might be easy to sway." She thought about it for a second, "Who has the most power, do you think? We should just go after them."
Milli rode in on her big griffin with Faeron in tow. It had taken a while to find the actual island, but when they did, they circled it and found Illusion and the rest of the group in front of the castle gates. She landed the griffin a little ways away from them and hopped off of it giggling from the thrill of flying. She petted the griffin, gave it a treat for a job well done, then walked to the rest of the group, hoping Faeron could get his way off. When she reached them, she held out her arms. "We're here! What did we miss?"

"You missed us being told that the Princess isn't even here!" She turned back to the brothers and the Duchess. "Kiro's seen more as a leader than Xin is, she didn't know about her noble birth until the kingdoms reformed, and she doesn't have any real experience, so Kiro took over everything military and politic. If she does have a brother, we need to search him out then, but I don't think he'll be here either." She also looked at the guards with loathing. "Either way, Kiro would know HIS location. And He's in Earth."

"Err, right." Moriarty said to Illusion, folding his arms. "Is it just me, or is nobody where they are supposed to be? No man can be found in his own nation? How annoying. I guess I wouldn't mind going to earth, though. Get out of this cursed water. Where you lead, we follow."

Artemis nodded at Moriarty "Yes, and there seems to be no definite ruler anywhere but in our nation. Going to Earth sounds good to me." She looked up at Milli, not so sure what to do with her.
Milli stood there as they conversed to each other. She realized they were leaving and though of how Faeron had said he was leaving from here. She sighed and thought of maybe going her own way, but she didn't know how to get off of the island. If she took one step into the water, she would stun the first ten or so things around her and zap the rest, and then she wouldn't have any way to defend herself; her spear wasn't much good when not charged, since it wouldn't extend. And Faeron couldn't fly that griffin for the life of him with out lessons, but she didn't want to leave him stranded or anything. She sighed and decided to watch things play out before making a decision.

He moved off the griffin and smiled. "IT seems their going they will likely fly take the griffin and follow I will take my leave here." He smiled and turned to walk off looking for a boat.

"You should stick with him Milli." Lus said absentmindedly after hearing him say he was departing. "He's got a shockingly good personallity, maybe you'll learn how to stop zapping people." She looked from the other two from air and nodded as she began to ascend. "To Omgitt Jord it is. To find the prince who not many knew existed." She said happily as she took off towards O.J.

Artemis blinked, not so sure she knew what Lus was talking about when she talked to Milli, but shruged and flew off after her.

Milli stood there, somewhat shocked. How had Illusion figured out that she and Faeron were lightning elementals? She watched as they both left. She sighed as she was alone again. She walked over to the griffin and began to pet it on the head. Her nose scrunched as she thought of what to do next.

Milli sighed as she looked at her map. She had nowhere to go and was starting to get bored. Finnally she rolled up her map and mounted the griffin, who was nibbiling on some grass nearby. "Come on boy. Take me to the Hillocks of Olynthis, then I'll send you back home, okay?" She petted his head a moment before giving him a slight tap of the heels before setting him to fly.
