Okay, I know neither one of them do the technique in canon...but I see peops on dev. art putting their favorite nins in Sexy No Jutsu, so...I just gotta ask. (Yesh, this is also partially inspired by my obsessive love of Neji in drag).

Neji's already pretty and gets fandom-drawn girly enough, he doesn't need Oiroke no Jutsu. XD IMHO.
I say Shikamaru, but that's also just because he's more my type. ^^; Medium-length dark hair, those darkly lined evil-eyes, that smug smirk, a tendency toward fishnet... yeahhh, definitely Shikamaru. XD

Neither of them need a sexy-no-jutsu.
(Though, if that's the only thing that will let us see Shika and Neji with their hair down ALL THE TIME, then they WOULD need it. As Youko can affirm, Neji in episodes 116-117/his fight with Kidomaru in which his hair band "accidentally" snaps, is just too beautiful.And, while the pineapple is cute, I have to see what my man looks like with his hair loose.)
Speaking of which,(spoiler starts here)who else wishes that Konohamaru's "Double Knockout Boys" verion of his Oiroke no Jutsu had Shikamaru and Neji crawling over each other instead of Sasuke and Sai?
I can't remember what chapter it was in, but it really happened. Sadly between the latter set of guys,not the former.(end spoiler)
Though, there's one thing I've been wondering about Oiroke No Jutsu: Does it just change the person using the jutsu into the opposite gender, or can it make them a sexier version of their normal self?

I'd guess it would be based on what the user viewed as sexy. Which says a lot for Konohamaru XD But that was a prank. Even still it could mean he has gay tendencies XDDD Anyway, I doubt the jutsu was created to be looked into.
However, that is my theory, and in that, Naruto is obviously in denial about being gay. That is all. <333

(But really, I think it means that Kishimoto is obviously in denial about being gay. Or that it means he's deperately trying to increase his female audience through the fanservice.
It's not fair. Either make it happen or stop hinting!)

Hmm...what I've seen from sexy no jutsu (bah, 'tis late and am tooo lazy to use Japanese terms) it transforms ya into the other gender. Then again, I'll I've got to go off of - from canon- is Naruto's transformations and Konohonmaru's (grr...I know I spelled his name wrong....). I haven't seen it used to make a sexier version of their normal self, so I dun know...
As far as fandom goes, I've seen artists on dev.art to sexy no jutsu boy versions of sakura and hinata, so I'm just, if I had to guess, say that 'tis just for turning into the opposite gender.
Then again, since it uses chakra to either create an illusion/ transform temporarily the body, it *could* be used to enhance your physical features.
'tis late and I'm a tired bunny, so my mind just refuses to function. Though, I gots ta wonder...if Shika and Neji both used Sexy no Jutsu...who would have bigger boobs?

Konohamaru. XD ~maru is a common suffix for a boy's name, and the first part is just the village. XD Konoha + maru (like Shika-maru).
Um... I'd say Neji would. XD Because Shikamaru's more about quiet, dark stealth, and he doesn't care for image anyway. XD Whereas Neji's more about getting the attentoin he deserves.

hehe...j/k folks! But seriously...his name 'tis waay to long to remember, especiallly when you're 1/2 asleep. Still, I came close.
Now, ya know what would be *really* hot, even though I ain't a big yuri fan; Neji and Shika kissing in Sexy No Jutsu form. Woot Woot! Yaoi turned yuri smexiness!

Mm, I think it would be Neji.
Only because I think Neji is more feminine than Shikamaru. Though I don't think much would change because he's already pretty, only now he has the other girly parts.
And Neji being a female gives me all kinds of wicked ideas for stories/pictures.
And doesn't the sexy no jutsu just form you into what you believe is "sexy"?

In that case, assuming that Shikamaru and Neji are gay, would they just turn into more attractive men? And along that vein, assuming they're hot for eachother, would Shikamaru turn into something like Neji, and Neji something like Shikamaru? Why do I even give these things so much thought...? gonk
