...Napalm's single again. Yep. Baby came, Napalm didn't act enough, and Sarah decided to break up with both her boyfriend and myself...
She says that we weren't as active in the child's life as she wanted us to be. I'm completely at fault on my end, because I never jumped in and wanted to hold the child, but never did I object when asked to hold him.
I'm broken, but Phil's got it even worse...She's claiming the same with him, but he never learned how to change a child's diapers. Never learned how to be a father. He was never ready, and warned her of this. He's devastated, and completely unresponsive to any help I try to give. He was the same as me, but he wanted to hold the child. He just didn't want to steal the child away from whoever was holding him...
We cannot be angry at Sarah, because she still wants to be friends, and still wants us to be a part of the child's life, but...At the same time, we're speechless, and cannot act. We owe our lives to Sarah, but for her to...to do this to us is...I cannot find the word. Even my vocabulary knows its limits...

It could be the stress of it all, people certainly change when toddlers come into the picture. I hope everything works out.

Well, the way it looks now, it's not going to work out unless a bit of forceful talking-to knocks somebody's thoughts back into alignment. Crazier by the day, I tell you all. Stay away from women. Unless you KNOW that they're good people, they're just out for something other than you.
