The tallest tower in the city, it is mostly in ruins with almost all the windows shattered. Oftentimes, this is where Gotoku can be found if he is not out and about.
Though everything aboveground is readily accssible to anyone who wants in, but the underground levels are Gotoku's personal quarters.
Exactly what Gotoku keeps in his quarters is only known to him.

Gotoku stood atop the tower, staring around at the city. A small child appeared before him, presenting a vial, and he took it. As he did so, the child was absorbed into his body. "Seiko-kun under my control again..."
He closed his eye in concentration, and a small bulge appeared on the left side of his body, growing rapidly until it separated from him, dropping to the ground with a sickening plop.
The mass moved, taking the form of a human in a black cloak. A Rain headband was tied over its eyes and forehead, a single long ponytail flowing from the back. A strange apparatus was latched over its mouth, and it sounded like it was breating heavily. It crouched low to the ground, its arms almost dragging.
"Yes. I'm going."
The figure disappeared at once.

Yuuma appeared behind gotoku "you and i, we need to talk about what happened in cloud." he walkd next to him, lifting his arm and using gotoku's cloak to wipe his face of the blood. "you knew that was going to happen didnt you."

Gotoku stared down at the blood on his cloak. "Yes. Yes I did. It was an advantageous situation to us." In the next instant, Yuuma was dealt a swift kick to the groin, followed by a knee to the face. "Don't do that again." He kicked Yuuma over with his foot, bending down to retrieve the vial from his pouch. "Thank you for your contribution to the cause, Yuuma-san."
He vanished.

The ink clone disappeared once the kick was delivered "for an all knowing, he sure didnt see that one comming." the real Yuuma appeard on the tower. "i hate this b*****d."

Yuuma would suddenly feel a hand at the back of his head. "Oh, but I did, Yuuma-kun. Memory Seal Jutsu."
Yuuma would fall unconscious instantly, toppling over. When he woke up he would have no memory of his conflict with Gotoku, nor of his problem in Cloud. "I said it once before, Yuuma. You neophytes do not have to like me, but I will be respected."
He walked calmly over to the edge, jumping off, and disappeared into the night sky.

"Yuuma, there you are. Wake up, you!" Mari grabbed her partner by the shoulders and shook him hard until he came to. "I need to talk to you."

Yuuma closed his eyes tighter, "why does it smell like blood?" he ignores her previous statement.

Suzuya appeared behind the two, a cocky grin across his face. "Oh, hello. I see you're back, Yuuma." His grin was a twisted one. "That's a lot of blood there, you might want to be checked for any diseases. Best stay away, I'm clean." He raised his hands, chuckling.

He opened his eyes, still squinting from the light "go to hell Suzuya." he sits up holding his head "was i drunk last night? and why am i covered in blood?" he stands, still a little dizzy from the seal "i need a shower."

"Suzuya, if anyone here has AIDS ((yeah, i went there.)) it is you" He reached behind his head and peeled of the seal damn, it's a memory seal. i need to speak to Gotoku, he'll know what i forgot. and who did this to me.
