1.Fighting/sparring are permitted in the fields,forest,and in the city (if we are attacked).
2. No cybering(keep it in the pm's).
3. Kissing&hugging are permitted.
4.No harassing the unicorns,kitsunes,nekos,wolves,dogs,penguins,mermaids,centaurs,and dragons in the city limits.
5.Spamming is permitted in the Asylum.Spamming in any other topics will result in banning.
6. Advertising is permitted in the Marketplace only.
7. Future mods will be voted in once we get past a hundred members.
8. Mods abusing (editing&deleting without permission)their power will be warned once, there after will be demoted to member.
9. Hello and thank you topics are permitted but they have to be deleted after 5 days.
10. No hitting girls. (See rule 1 for exceptions).
11. Please keep within the SFII,SFIII,CVSSNK,MVSC,FF/KOF,Final Fantasy,Final Fight,Samauri Showdown,Resident Evil,Dino Crisis,Lunar,Popful Mail,Sonic The Hedgehog,Link,Mario Brothers,Donkey Kong,Bubblegum Crisis,A.D. Police,Catgirl Nuku Nuku,and Armitage III storylines or at least close enough.
12.No referances from the Bible will be permitted.Violaters will be banned.
13.Mods have the power to ban.
14.The banned person can ask for a trial.

Additional Rules :(We will not ban or demote anyone that broke these rules before they were stated. March 10, 2005.)
Mods should not use an 'Announcement' Tag unless cleared with Star via pm, ahead of time.
(Example no one but the captain (Stardragon) should announce they are going to be away from the guild. You can let us know at the pool of reflection.
Same goes for 'Stickies'-- If you think you have something that needs to stay up near the top check with Star first.
EVERYONE about new 'Threads'All new threads should be rping threads only, we have plenty of places to chat and kick back while rping. When you need to convey a message use the double brackets ((g2g)) standard for out of context talking. Excessive emoticons will be deleted from the thread without notice.
WARNING!!!!!
Also, and please don't be surprised when this happens -- new threads that seem to fade out and not produce rping will be deleted from the guild after a period of 10 days, and after being reviewed by the guild board. You will be pmed and can appeal to us if there is a good reason no one is talking there.

Banning: Anyone caught breaking the rules will be banned. A member may ask for a trial if they wish.
Banning rules:
1. Two mods must agree banning a member.
2. Proof must be provided and declared infront of the board
3. State the rule broken
Rules of trial.
1. Ask when you are warned that you will be banned.
2. This is a serious matter do not kid around.
3. A member must defend him/her self.
4. Be respectful, no use getting angry at others for something you did.
5. Watch your language you maybe given the opportunity to return after a certain amount of time.
Judge: Neitsabes
D.A.: A neutral Mod.
Jury:Must be 6 non-mod members.

Any member (mod or regular member)disrespecting another will be banned and added to the blacklist.

Any Mod threatening to and/or locking a thread without ironclad proof of misconduct or plagerism will be dealt with by having thier mod rights revoked.
