Do you own a pet from here that has not been certed in a long time (exceeding one month-two months)? If you pet image happens to be a transparent PNG, then you've come to the right place! Raze will cert pets that have yet to be certed as long as they're transparent PNGs, meaning that when they're opened in PS7 there is a transparent background.
