 The leaves rustled and the sun beat down and Danii padded through the forest. She looked around and listened as the wing blew through the trees. She could hear parrots and as the breeze blew over her she sighed. "Okay, I am officially..Lost."
She looked down at the ground watching a small ant line go across the dirt. She was new to getting her own breakfast and she had been happy to go herself, her first outing alone really. Man her dad was going to be angry...her ears flipped back that wasn't good...

"Okay, I am officially... lost."
Prince had been wandering about the rainforest floor when he heard a voice speak those words. The voice was close, and certainly female. His ears twitched and he followed the sound to it's owner. He stood not too far off, admiring the lovely patterns of her vibrant fur, and her colorful wings. He felt quite dull in comparison, fur-wise, but it was not a beauty contest he'd come for, right?
Right. He'd come because he'd heard a damsel in distress. She was apparently lost, and perhaps he could help her out. So Prince approached the femme, padding over with a bright smile. "Lost, eh?" he asked, tilting his head to the left. "Any way I can help, Miss?"

Surprised and quite taken back, Danii stepped backwards, cracking a small trig. "You surprised me there!" her ears dropped back and she gave a some what an easy smile, she wasn't suppose to talk to strangers, but she was an adult too now.
She straightened up, perking her ears and nodded, "Yes I am lost, completely." as soon as she had finished the sentence her stomach came into the conversation, growling ever so fiercely. "heh heh, maybe a little hungry too." she staggered, she blushed feeling very embarrassed. She defiantly didn't look like a mature adult at this moment.

"I'm sorry, I didn't mean to surprise you, Miss."
Prince grinned. "Hungry and lost is never a good combination. How about we find you something to stop that growling, and then we can see about finding your way home. My name's Prince, by the way." He lowered into a sweeping bow, offering his paw for shaking. "What's yours?"

Dani accepted his paw and was surprised by his polite manner, "My name is Dani, its nice to meet you Prince." She looked around once more, "I really am lost, this area is so unfamiliar to me I guess my stomach was leading me astray" She laughed. "Thank you for your help" she added and bowed lightly herself, "I really appreciate it"
