A point in space seemed to bend, warping strangely for a moment before a large, dark portal appeared, a boy of around 13 stepping out.
His short white hair was spiked, a Suna headband holding it back. He wore a long, purple scarf in addition to the Sunagakure flak jacket and standard Chuunin uniform.
Two Chinese-style longswords were strapped to his waist, the first having a crossguard fashioned to look like angelic wings while a long purple ribbon dangled from the hilt, the second having a crossguard that looked like a dragon's head.
The boy looked up at Fujin with purple eyes that seemed almost to glow in the afternoon sunlight.
"I'm Kouryou Mitsude. What's your name?"

(So, Kouryou. I'm putting him at a Chuunin/Special Jounin level for ease. Therefore, he does not know some of the more devastating sword techniques like Zanmato and Eisei's Release Form. Still, with the exception of the Black Wind and some of the sword techs, he knows all the jutsus Karu does, since most of Karu's techniques are derived from Kouryou's. Kouryou was generally stronger than Karu in physical combat and ninjutsu (he specialized in Fuuinjutsu, but because of this his intelligence is slightly lower than Karu's would be at the same level.
Kouryou will also be using Hi-Po, which was a jutsu he specifically developed for use by the Mitsude, who are incapable of something like Shunshin. It is essentially a telekinetic burst of speed, which is similar to Shunshin. Costs 5 cp.

(Well Kouryou was quite a bit nicer than Karu, with a lot less holier-than-thou BS. And he doesn't have the more painful jutsus that Karu does so I dunno, you might win. Also, for battleground since you said it was a waterfall, so why not valley of the end?)

Kouryou drew his swords, holding them in a strange, delicate position, as if he were holding a priceless gem and not swords made to be indestructible. "You've fought Mitsude before? That's surprising, I've never met you before. You seem like a nice person, though. You should meet my older brother, I think he'd like you. But yeah, let's start." Though his mouth was hidden by the scarf, one could tell by his eyes that he was smiling happily. "Just do me the one favor, okay? Don't take it easy on me just because I'm small."
He switched grips, holding his swords in a defensive 'X' formation, letting Fujin make the first move.

He reversed grips again on Ryukiba, blocking the strike with the flat of his blade, if only for a split-second. In any case, he used the absorbed momentum to spin himself over the swinging blade, jabbing sharply at Fujin's chin with Eisei's pommel.

Kouryous eyes widened, and he forsook his attack, instead adopting a new tactic. "Hienpo*!" His figure blurred, moving at too-fast speeds and leaving behind a 'stream' of chakra as he moved. Had this been a cartoon, one surely would have seen the cliche' puff of smoke left behind, but suddenly Kouryou was behind him, smiling. "Ouch. I have to admit that would have been nasty if it'd hit. That's a good thing, you're strong. But it's my turn now." He spun Eisei in his right hand, slashing the air. "Solar Raid!" The blade glowed orange in the sunlight for a moment, then launched a crescent-shaped blade made of fire at Fujin.

Th second the blade collided with the twister, it exploded into a massive burst of solar fire and light, almost totally obliterating it.
Kouryou's smile disappeared then, and he stepped back, the streams of fire turning around and flying at Fujin.

(Um, since fire is technically plasma and has very little mass... 194.)

Fujin brought his arms together and did a swirl as the flame, carried by the wind, came towards him. He turned around with his arms, the flaming following his arms. The flame circled Fujin and went back towards Kouryou and Haruka. It would circle around them and connect, making a barrier of ghostly flame. Fujin jumped back, getting away from the flames and took his right hand into his pouch. When he took it out, his right hand would have a gauntlet upon it. He placed his daimond sword onto his back and grabbed a more elegant sword. "This is my prize and joy." The gauntlet would start glowing and wind would start swirling around Fujin. As it moved throughout his body, his appearance would also change. His clothes turning black with a white coat. Fujin's hair grow into long dreadlocks. When the wind started to calm down, Fujin reached into his pouch and took out a pair of blue sun glasses. He placed them on and looked at the two surrounded by fire. "Now it's time to get serious." He would start to disappear into the wind. His physical appearance would no longer be there but at the same time, he would be everywhere. With not much time later, a twister would appear at the very edge near Madara side of the valley. A few miles away from Kouryou and Haruka to even notice.
